JJessica12Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food.
Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

TTim BuryLoved our stay for 2 nights. The service was much better than other hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. The little things matter like waitresses checking every time your drink looked low and providing another and arranging archery for our boys even though we missed the designated time. Yassine in the animation was awesome getting the dancing going and constantly smiling. Food was good for an all inclusive and plenty to eat whatever time of day. We used the tennis courts and basketball courts and table tennis. Views are lovely and smart jetty’s over the water for sun bathing and decent small beach. Pool and sun bathing area is nice and clean.

UUGhaniVery good rooms, amazing service, beautiful resort. We had to check out at 5:30 AM in the morning to catch our flight and they even gave us breakfast boxes. Location was very near to the turgutreis marina and market. Loved the stay.

TTài khoản kháchA very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

Paid upgrade to Garden view (to get king bed instead of twin bed) was not worth it.
Breakfast very good and restaurant Attiko top notch.
Although tried to reserve Folie Beach sunbeds in advance, got as hotel guest only on a waiting list. Quiet embarrassing.
Hotel’s own beach sunbeds are not so comfy and too close to Holiday Inn’s beach.

MMomo235The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.
