It is amazing to feel and see how much the employees like their job. The hotel is an oasis. The hotel cats in the garden are so relaxed. The Tuti restaurant offers a beautiful view over Bodrum and the food is tasty and of good quality. The pool looks good (never used, was all the time at the beaches). The hotel beach where the hotel offers complimentary transfer to, is nice but with 30min too far away. As for the room. It is a historic building but all is kept up to date. Unfortunately I don’t like ground floor rooms. It has this „cellar feeling“.

We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Loved our stay for 2 nights. The service was much better than other hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. The little things matter like waitresses checking every time your drink looked low and providing another and arranging archery for our boys even though we missed the designated time. Yassine in the animation was awesome getting the dancing going and constantly smiling. Food was good for an all inclusive and plenty to eat whatever time of day. We used the tennis courts and basketball courts and table tennis. Views are lovely and smart jetty’s over the water for sun bathing and decent small beach. Pool and sun bathing area is nice and clean.

Otel her açıdan çok güzel özellikle ücret performans düşürüldüğü zaman bence harika bir otel çalışan personel özellikle çok güler yüzlü özellikle cumhura teşekkür ediyoruz otelin özelliği her şey birbirine çok yakın ve hemen hemen ne yemekte ne havuzda ne de deniz kenarında sıra beklemek diye bir şey olmuyor her şey için teşekkür ederiz 

Çok eğlendik güldük. Hersek mükemmeldi temizlik çok iyi idi. Bir ihtiyacımız var mı diye sürekli soruldu. Ekip olarak çok iyiler. Bazen yoğunluk olabiliyor ama o kadarı normal karşılanabilir.

Staff very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The overnight staff at the front desk and restaurant had an incredible sense of service and customer support. The property was sad, bathroom stank of backflow, many parts of the property were broken. The defense from the staff was that it was low season (winter) but if low season is like that I wonder how bad summer will be. It feels like a property that a uber rich Qatari sheikh bought and then asked to make it look like Santorini. Gaudy interiors of the room but lacking basic requirements.
