SselinyWe had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Brussels-Central Station, which made it incredibly easy for us to reach the hotel upon arrival. It’s also the ideal base for day trips to cities like Bruges and Ghent since the trains depart directly from the same station.
The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of power outlets — a small but very important detail for travelers who spend most of the day exploring and need to charge phones, cameras, and powerbanks. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, there was plenty of space for our belongings, and the bathroom was excellent, with enough room for all our skincare and personal items. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping everything clean.
The breakfast exceeded my expectations. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but everything was fresh, delicious, and there were so many options that it definitely felt worth the price.
The hotel was so good that I genuinely didn’t want to leave Brussels — two days were not enough. I truly hope I can come back again one day.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

JJessica_GThe area is close to Brussels Midi station, not very safety area, the nearby attraction “Hill gate “ is under renovation, visitors can’t go to top for viewing the city. Bathroom is very small, hard to turn around.

TTài khoản kháchSo much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

TTài khoản kháchReasonable hotel to stay in. The room is small just nice to fit 2 single beds. There's a writing table and chair for writing and working. The room looks quite old with old carpet and furniture but still functional. The bed is is small but comfortable. The toilet is small with basic soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions like the peeing boy statute, chocolate shops and souvenir shops all along the street. Lot's of food places and snacks like crepe and churros. Halal food is also easily available.
