Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

The location is convenient, right next to a metro station, a mall, and a busy shopping street, definitely a plus. However, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the central tourist area, and going back and forth can get a bit tiring after a long day of sightseeing. The room size is average, not too small, but with two open suitcases it felt a bit tight. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, though I personally dislike the half-glass shower door design that makes the floor wet (same issue here). The building and carpets felt a bit old and worn, but the room itself was clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough, and I especially liked the fresh orange juice machine. Staff experience was mixed, some were friendly and smiling, while others were quite cold. One disappointing part was when we asked about a late check-out; the answer was an immediate “no” without even checking availability, which felt unfriendly given the hotel didn’t seem busy.

The interior design of the hotel features a mid-century style. Both the public areas and the guest rooms are very clean and well maintained—credit to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. However, the front desk service needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, there seemed to be an issue with the front desk computer system. The only staff member on duty was clearly aware that guests were waiting to check in, yet she did not even look up. Instead, she kept her head down and muttered to herself for a full five minutes without acknowledging anyone. At check-out today, I asked another front desk staff member for a receipt (or any document confirming that the room charges had been fully settled). Her attitude was extremely rude, and she bluntly told me that they had no right to provide such a document, not even by email. I would simply like to say to this front desk lady: please do not treat guests like they are ignorant. After I firmly explained that I needed proof of the deposit refund, she finally and reluctantly printed the document for me. The front desk staff at the Hilton Brussels clearly require better training. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Brussels-Central Station, which made it incredibly easy for us to reach the hotel upon arrival. It’s also the ideal base for day trips to cities like Bruges and Ghent since the trains depart directly from the same station. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of power outlets — a small but very important detail for travelers who spend most of the day exploring and need to charge phones, cameras, and powerbanks. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, there was plenty of space for our belongings, and the bathroom was excellent, with enough room for all our skincare and personal items. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping everything clean. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but everything was fresh, delicious, and there were so many options that it definitely felt worth the price. The hotel was so good that I genuinely didn’t want to leave Brussels — two days were not enough. I truly hope I can come back again one day.

This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff.

Room service has to be demanded every morning. Smelly sinknand shower had stains. But many towels and soap, also water kettle and instant coffee, was nice. Breakfast really expensive, hard to find breakfast stores nearby.

The rooms are clean and cozy, nothing fancy, but hey, who needs a chandelier when you're just there to crash after a day of waffles and chocolate? The service? Top-notch. The staff are so attentive and friendly, you'd think they mistook you for royalty. They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets. Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell. In conclusion, Hotel Siru is your knight in slightly faded armor, offering a safe, clean, and friendly haven amidst the bustling streets of Brussels. Book your stay, and may your pockets remain as full as your stomach after sampling Brussels' finest treats!

Reasonable hotel to stay in. The room is small just nice to fit 2 single beds. There's a writing table and chair for writing and working. The room looks quite old with old carpet and furniture but still functional. The bed is is small but comfortable. The toilet is small with basic soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions like the peeing boy statute, chocolate shops and souvenir shops all along the street. Lot's of food places and snacks like crepe and churros. Halal food is also easily available.
