Location is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby. Room is clean and comfortable. But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient. Reception staffs are really nice and helpful. But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them. We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night. Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel.

Right in the heart of Brussel.My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service.

Khi đến nơi, tôi rất ngạc nhiên khi thấy nơi đây có bãi đỗ xe điện khá tốt. Nhân viên rất quan trọng và hữu ích. Không có gì là quá đáng và mọi câu hỏi đều được trả lời nhanh chóng. Chỉ có nệm là hơi cứng, nhưng đây là sở thích cá nhân.

Im Hinterhof des Hotels war eine große Baustelle, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht stand. Leider war diese Baustelle zu hören. Die Zimmer waren auch etwas hellhörig. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war die Fliese in der Mitte gebrochen und kaputt, da war ein halbes Loch, Verletzungsgefahr. Ebenso konnte man die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, weil man die sonst nicht mehr auf bekommen hat. Der Wellnessbereich war schön aufgemacht, jedoch waren am ersten Abend ganz viele weiße Stücke (keine Ahnung was das war) im Becken auf dem Boden. Durch die Whirlpool Funktion wurde das ganze Wasser aufgewirbelt und irgendwann wurden sie raus gespült. Die Sauna wird wohl von vielen ohne Handtuch benutzt, weswegen das Holz schon ”schrumpeliger” ist. Aber schön gemacht. Beim Frühstück, wenn es sehr voll war, kommt der Mann oftmals mit dem Nachräumen der ganzen Sachen nicht hinterher. Dann muss man echt länger warten bis neue Säfte, Croissants, Toast, Früchte und Rührei da sind. Man konnte sich jedoch echte Belgische Waffeln selber machen. Der flüssige Teig steht neben dem Gerät und man konnte es einfach rein gießen und das Gerät schließen und umdrehen. Sonst ist das Personal echt nett und hilfsbereit und es ist sonst auch echt sauber.

Just a few steps away from a famous walking street, Rue Neuve where you can enjoy shopping, eats and extend your city walk to other charming areas including the iconic Manakin Pis, Grand place, and pedestrian zone. If you travel during raining period, they offer a free rental umbrella for 48 hours and you can return and rent it again for free. Room is comfort and spacious. Breakfast is EU standard with hot meal. Free still/sparkling water is available at the lobby.

Amazing, could fault any aspect of the hotel. Great staff, surprisingly good food, amazing waiter on Monday night. Well done Apsiria.
