GGrmoIt was a rocky start with the fast track entry at the airport getting messed up. They didn’t have our names at the fast track desk and were really rude to us about it despite us explaining our situation to them. It really left a bad first impression since we were hoping to have a smooth and comfortable entry into the country. It’s what you expect booking “the best hotel in Marrakech” after all. At this point I was regretting not going with Amanjena. However, as we got to the hotel, the beautiful interior and attentive staff did melt our hearts a little. The staff members at breakfast were particularly pleasant. The Italian restaurant and its tasting menu was quite delightful too. But the afternoon tea left a lot to be desired. Unprofessional staff (the birds got to the cakes multiple times before they got served, they brought out the wrong tea for me, etc) made me wonder how they could be so different from the breakfast team. Regardless the hotel was undoubtedly very beautiful and we did have a wonderful time overall.

TTài khoản kháchI recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment.
Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

DDrama ZhangThe best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Unfortunately our room was very disappointing. In our first room the AC was not working. Maintenance came to fix it, there was a slight improvement but still not great. Then whilst opening the shower door, the door fell off the wall. This looks like it was because the door had not been maintained. This is not what you would expect in any establishment - let alone a 4* hotel. It also had the potential to be very dangerous, luckily I was strong enough to hold the weight of the door before assistance came. The hotel moved us to a new room and gave us a nice selection of food in our new room which was nice gesture although we would have expected more. The AC in the new room worked well so the room change was welcome. Unfortunately, the fridge in the room was leaking internally so we had to throw away food that we were storing in there as it became damp from an internal leak. One of these occurrences we could probably accept but to have three issues with repairing is not what I expect from Accor. The hotel needs serious maintenance!

SSho129バスタブがあって、オールインクルーシブなホテルを探していたらこちらを見つけました。
市内からはタクシーで80MADで、約20分かかりました。
ホテルから市内へ向かう場合のタクシーは150MADとのことです。
市内へはホテルのシャトルバスもありますが、片道1人15MADで、時間も決められているのと、当日予約は埋まっているので、タクシー利用をおすすめします。
バーカウンターやレストランにいたスタッフの方は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、仕事もてきぱきされてました。
アメニティは、スリッパや歯ブラシ、バスローブなどは全てないです。
また、電源がヨーロッパ仕様なので、変圧器をホテル内にあるショップで80MADで購入しました。
レストラン会場は、朝食、ランチ、ディナー全てビュッフェ形式で、ワインも白、ロゼ、赤が飲み放題でした。
日本の感覚からすると、この値段でこの施設やサービスはあり得ないので、日程に余裕があるならぜひ一度宿泊することをおすすめします。
