Food baht delicious tha, service ak no thi nee t and clean room the, hotel suvarana jawerals ke peeche hai, koi board nahi to hotel tak pahuchne me diktat aai, par hotel achcha hai, polite behaviour of staff, room service is very good ak phone par turant kaam ho jato hai

Lift was not working. No doormat outside the toilet. No boy at night to carry luggage. Room service is also average.

I stayed with my mom, she has knee surgery and unable to climb stairs. They have lift but not working and they denial to can’t do any thing, by 8 pm said no room service no tea available, no parking facility

There is no Person for receiving your luggage & drop your luggage while check out .
There is no complimentary water bottle provide they charges 20₹ for that Such a terrible & pathetic service I tell to everyone Never visit in this hotel I stayed in so many hotels but this is a horrible experience for me.
