Location is excellent. Very near to sun-moon pagoda. View from hotel was very good. Decent breakfast. Overall pretty good hotel for tourists.

This hotel was in the heart of the most famous area in Guilin across from Guilin Central Square. There are many restaurants and a thriving Night Market with food street vendors. We were in Hongkong last week and went to the Temple Street Market. This area is superior in every aspect. Better food and better souvenirs and a more vibrant atmosphere. It was also walking distance from Solitary Beauty Peak which we stumbled upon. It is a 5A cultural attraction with artifacts and history going back to the Ming Dynasty.

Service is excellent especially Miss Mia and Miss Miranda at the reception. Special mention Miss Wong manning the tour and excursion front desk. She arranged a same day return cruise and bus tour to Yangshou.

Great location. Pedestrian street food 200m from hotel. In the center of Guilin. Can be a bit noisy from cars honking. Most places in China have this problem. Washing machine and clothes dryer free to use.

It was a very good stay into a very central accomodation in Guilin. Nice staff, in particular J. Dongchong was very helpfull and kind with us.

Straight forward hotel with great location, comfy room, substandard breakfast (in our opinion, possibly fine for others,we like our breakfasts...). Easy to find and to reach street food, restaurants, lakes, etc.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can walk to the popular sights; the sun and moon pagodas, the pedestrian street, and the elephant trunk hill. There are many food options around. The room was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. The room was a little small and the little sofa was converted to a bed which was a hazard, and my husband was injured on his shin. The staff were very apologetic and helpful in this regard.

Centrally located. Basic but clean hotel. Good breakfast. Although it is a non smoking hotel, people do smoke in the corridors which gives an bad smell.

We were welcomed warmly by the reception at Holiday Inn Express in Guilin. Check in was fast and we were shown to our rooms within 15 minutes. We stayed for 3 nights and each day, the rooms were kept immaculately clean when we return while out visiting the scenic spots. The self service laundry is a big plus that the hotel offered, especially so for families with young children. The breakfast spread has a mix of local and international flavours. Thank you to Miranda, Jolin, Lucy and all service staff at Holiday Inn Express Guilin.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Miranda on the front desk helped me enourmously with two sightseeing questions.
