A Decent Stay I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, my experience was quite average. The room was clean and adequately furnished, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The staff was not so friendly and responsive to requests, though not overly accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. On the downside, the amenities were standard, and the breakfast offered limited options. While it wasn't a remarkable stay, it also didn't disappoint.

I came after completing my hajj, so paid massive premium. For this I would’ve expected my booking to be honoured however I was given a twin room instead of a king room. Hotel stated that room was not available however I see from that other people have suffered a fate. Also, my room did not have an iron in it only an ironing board. For such a price as I paid, I would expect to have this facility. I paid 877SAR for one night.

Very friendly staff , prime location, almost it was very comfortable stay with no comments.

My stay fell short of the expectations I had for a 5-star hotel experience. We found ourselves having to request basic amenities, which detracted from the overall luxury feel one anticipates at such an establishment. While the shuttle service provided convenient access to Haram, the lengthy wait times required careful planning.

Hotel was very nice and clean, hotel staff was especially reception and housekeeping was very polite and helpful Will definitely recommend to friends and family

The hotel cliamed to be a 5 star hotel but it does not look like as if it is a 5 star. There are many areas to fix such as poor service, poor hygiene, poor restaurant and broken devices. The hotel should review their ranking.

Excellent facilities great location punctual shuttle service no complaint

Staff are very friendly and professional and I would give them all 10/10, in particular especial thank to Ms Rahad - receptionist. However, I was disappointed from my room. My original booking was a room with city view but was given a room like a prison. I didn't like the room at all. The room was quiet big and clean and had everything you need apart from Iron which I had to ask for. The hotel is located in a quiet area next to a big mosque and supermarket but it's too far from the Haram. The hotel has a free shuttle which runs every hour from hotel to a bus which takes you to the Haram. This is not good enough and I believe it should run every 15 - 30 min. After long hours doing Tawaf and Saai you need every minute to rest and get to your bed and not waiting an hour in a dusty and noisy area waiting for this shuttle. Breakfast: paying at hotel is cheaper. Quality is average but below 5* elsewhere -just to mention some: pastries not fresh and not tasty at all. Poor coffee quality- just like water. But there are nice dishes and hope with small improvements this hotel will provide service. This comment is based on my regular travelling experiences and having diamond membership with hilton and platinum with IHG

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (Makkah). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
