Location is good, just opposite to the First Mountain cable car station, however, if you want to go to Jungfraujoch, you will need to take the bus to the Terminal station, the shuttle bus to the bus station only has 8 seats, walking to the station is only 5 min. I don't think the hotel rate worth the money unless one is going to stay in the hotel for half day and swim or to use the facilities, the view from the balcony is nice though.

Very cosy hotel & friendly staffs! So nice of them to prepare breakfast box for us as we need to catch the earliest train.

Great location. We stayed in mountain view room for two nights. Weather was unstable with some rainfall but you can still enjoy wonderful view in your own room.

The service staff were excellent. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, with all daily necessities provided. The room was cleaned daily, and they even left candy. The minibar was refilled every day. The mountain view was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool was very large.

Great mountain view room with balcony. Love the view!!! Spacious room. Reception staffs was lovely and welcoming, didnt catch her name - lady in blonde hair. Welcome drink was a prosecco. Breakfast was huge spread! Hotel offers transfer from train station.

The hotel is very traditional and beautiful with 10 minutes walk from the train station. It was just the opposite to the cable car station going to Mountain First. The room was clean and neat. The service was very good and the staff was helpful!

Nice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

The staffs are so friendly and nice. It is quite near to grindewald terminal ard 10 mins or u can choose to take a bus that stop straight infront of the hotel. love the balcony
