The hotel is very beautiful and also the room with balcony that I could enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain. The breakfast was nice with different choices of food served in a traditional restaurant at ground floor. The garden in front of the hotel was planted with flowers. Will definitely stay again when I come to Grindelwald.

各方面都挺好的我們住了兩晚，酒店就在first山的半山腰Bort這個纜車🚡上下點，其中有個遊樂項目Trottibike的起點就在這裏終點在山腳，我們要在first玩所以定了這個酒店，酒店不大總共10多個房間，房間沒有空調，夏天上半夜有點熱，下半夜就沒問題，冬天有制暖器。如果入住這裏大家一定記得提前在下午五點前check in，因為我們要在山下的小鎮格林德瓦坐纜車上來的，纜車最後一班大概在下午5點-6點，除非是自駕車，不然晚上上來酒店很麻煩。大家如果喜歡安靜且希望窗户直接可以看first景色的話這裏就挺好的，酒店下面吃自助早餐的位置也很好對着雪山，房間價格還行，下山做纜車衹有一站，從Bort到山下十多分鐘。對了酒店旁邊還有個適合小孩玩的小樂園。

Location is good, just opposite to the First Mountain cable car station, however, if you want to go to Jungfraujoch, you will need to take the bus to the Terminal station, the shuttle bus to the bus station only has 8 seats, walking to the station is only 5 min. I don't think the hotel rate worth the money unless one is going to stay in the hotel for half day and swim or to use the facilities, the view from the balcony is nice though.

The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.
