The hotel staff was nice. The breakfast was ok, were out of a lot of normal stuff. Have had much better. Room was pretty clean except for the pillows had a yellow tint to them. The bed was hard as a rock, would have expected a better pillow top or something but was not comfortable.

We typically stay at Hampton Inns during long road trips because they are consistent. This location definitely fell short. Worn furniture, dirty fabrics, lights not working in bathroom, bath products fallen off the shower wall, even a bottle of cleaning fluidfrom housekeeping stuck behind the bathroom door. The entire hotel felt neglected and dirty. On a positive note the desk staff was friendly and the hotel is in a great location with lots of dining options. Just pick a date deferent hotel.

Hotel is ok. Updated mostly but smells in the hallways like BO 🧼🤢. Breakfast ok. Nothing to write home about. Lots of hotels around the area to choose from. Customer service is just ok. Didn’t get the warm welcome nor departure. Guess they didn’t really care if we stayed at this property or not.

This hotel is a convenient stop on way to gulf beaches. Our room was fine and check in was easy through the Hilton app. Parking lot was getting full by 10 but we got a spot. It had many spots for electrical vehicle charging that were all empty. Breakfast was ridiculous— they were out of about everything and the two workers were chatting with another worker and several people asked for more food to be put out but it was extremely slow—like 20 minutes in getting a little food out. People were standing around and sitting at tables waiting but nothing was done. We and many others left hungry. I would have preferred to stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the road but it was sold out. I’ll book earlier next time and stay there.

Great Desk Team! Genuinely kind & caring! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, nice pool & fitness center, comfortable beds, microwave & fridge in room. Walking distance to amazing restaurants & convenience store.

This was a perfect stop on the way to Destin from Atlanta when we left the ATL late. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. A plus is there are several really good restaurants very close by.

This is an updated Hampton Inn, so there was a mini-fridge and microwave in my double queen room. There's also Tesla chargers. The morning and evening shift staff were very friendly and my check-in was quick. If road noise is a factor, you'll want to ask for a backside room.

Bailey was so nice to work with. We wanted a quiet room. Bailey walked us to a room and asked if this would work which it did. For her to take the time to do that and be so welcoming means a lot after a long day of driving. The room and the hotel itself was spotless. For supper, we did take out from the Cracker Barrel next door. Breakfast was your typical breakfast and it was delicious. Hope to stop here again on our way to Florida.

The location of this facility is right off of interstate and next door to a Cracker Barrel! Quiet area, but great facility. Breakfast was awesome! They had nice selection of items including waffles, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits, sausage, and gravy to name a few.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating to our desire to change rooms From a highway facing Noisy side to a quieter side. The breakfast bar was very accommodating. If you left hungry it was not their fault. I would have liked a higher quality toilet And tissue paper. The shower water was lukewarm, although the bathroom sink water could be scalding hot.

Greeted by Bailey at the front desk. Could not have been nicer or more helpful. Room and all other facilities clean and well maintained. Bed comfortable. Easy on and off the freeway with casual restaurants and fast food nearby. Would stay again.

We had--IN WRITING two confirmed rooms that were also guaranteed to be adjoining. AGAIN-IN WRITING. We booked directly through the hotel online. We arrived very tired from driving to be told by woman at front desk that there was "no record" of our reservation. She called the manager, who was supposed to be onsite, but was 3 hours away. The manager, Bailey Shaw, said there was no record. When we asked her to please make it right, she became rude, angry, and belligerent...and said we could not stay at the hotel, although they DID have rooms, just not adjoining. She just did not like us requesting to make the reservation as it was booked WITH ADJOINING ROOMS. She did not comply, and when I threatened to call the police because THE MANAGER SAID TO THROW US OUT, fortunately the front desk woman gave them to us, but said we must AGAIN give our credit card! We had already done so on the reservation, but had to do it again. We were not double-charged, as I feared, but they did NOT give us the discounted price, that was on the original reservation! Long story short, it was a terrible experience and kept us in the lobby for 45 minutes as they fumbled around. THIS was no way to do business. I stayed at this hotel for YEARS while driving to Fl. and never had a problem. Then HILTON bought it--and that is why I think it was such an awful experience

Check in was simple. However staff was not friendly and garbage receptacles in lobby and parking lot areas were overflowing when we checked in and the same when we checked out. No one seemed to be cleaning anything. The stay was an overnight on the way to our destination and we were glad to leave.

Very nice stay. Compared to the inferior motels we had stayed on several prior nights, this was the Ritz. Clean room, quiet a/c, good breakfast bar. Most of the time Hampton Inn comes through. Why I continue to book other discount inns to save a few buck is dumb.
