The location is honestly 10/10. It’s very safe. Don’t expect high quality food for the morning breakfast. Am not even sure they serve real eggs. The parking is right under the building. But it was very full I had to wait hours before getting a parking spot.

Reasonable price. Breakfast doesn’t have many variety but is ok. Room is simple and spacious. Location is good, close to everywhere.

Really fun place to stay in Montreal, lots to do in the facilities like basketball, table tennis, board games, gym and pool. Good place to feel social. Breakfast was decent, I like the idea

Amazing! Best value out there. Where can you have various 24/7 public chill out spaces including a basketball court and gym. Breakfast was great. It's not a hotel but a student dormitory. And clean.

Smoke detector, declenched going down 18 floors by stairs at 6:30 AM 3 time in the same week for nothing, breakfast are not good, and the other month you pays 1000$ for à double bedrooms with no séparation, with a supplement of 827$ each month for food for ONE PERSON, it's scandalous, go there if you want to waste your money.

Student residence that offers lodging for visitors to Montreal. Possibly only available during the summer. The rooms are very basic and WIFI is included . No TV, no mini fridge but there is access to a community kitchen although there are no cooking equipment available. Best for microwaving frozen meals or reheating. There are no utensils available either. The bed and pillows are not the most comfortable but everything is clean. Breakfast is included but very minimalist. Towels are included as well. This place is well located and close to the Metro and the downtown core.

Our daughter who is going to Concordia moved in to Campus 1MTL the end of Aug. 2023 and her roommate Sept 1st. Her roommate admitted she has a vaping addiction and vapes constantly and is up coughing all night. The windows are all sealed shut in every room so no fresh air. Not to mention that they advertise you can control the heat and air conditioning in each room...you cannot control the air...it is on until Oct. so bring a heater. We complained immediately about the vaping and explained our daughter is prone to bronchitis and pleurisy and requested either the roommate moves or our daughter is relocated. It is now Oct 30th and no progress to date...other than a $200 fine to the vaper a month ago because she was caught in the act. So this facility (which has been approved by Concordia) advertises as smoke free...Not really. They turn a blind eye...actually it appears that the majority of tenants may be smokers. Now we must seek legal council to get out of the lease they have broken by not providing a "safe and healthy living environment" as claimed in the lease agreement.

Rooms were modern and the bathroom was excellent and wifi of course as it is an university building. Breakfast had anything you could want and there were some games like pool tables and pinballs in the lobby. This was a perfect stay for us, as we did not need a big room.

Do not recommend.1.Beds are hard and uncomfortable.2. for couple they gave 2 separate beds in 2 rooms which could not be joined.Management refused to change room when requested and asked big amount to give one double bed.2.breakfast is repeat menu ...no variety..and timing also very late on Sat and Sunday. 3.overall management is not customer friendly 4.only plus is location and cleanliness is good

Check in was easy and staff were very welcoming. Room was basic but that’s understandable considering it’s student housing. The room could have been cleaner. I had to scrub the tub because it was filthy. Also doors had not been wiped in a long time. I always travel with Lysol wipes so it was a quick clean. Breakfast was included and it was good. Front desk gave us extra towels, toiletries and pillows when we asked. Great location, super fast internet, and great air conditioning.

In comparison to other places to stay this was the budget option. Sadly the hotel I had booked cancelled a week before and then re advertised at 5 times the price. The checkin was at 4pm, with one lady managing it and a queue of about 20 people. In fairness she was polite and helpful but she shouldn’t be dealing with this alone. We tried to check in earlier but was told we couldn’t. The room was advertised as 2 bedded, there was 1 small double bed, above some chests of drawers. No coffee making facility and no fridge. One lamp on the desk but with no bulb. I asked about the bed situation but didn’t get a response. I asked for a bulb but didn’t get one over the 3 nights we were there. Breakfast - small plates, no trays and a bundle when they open the shutters. It was an hour later than shown on the check in materials we were given. It looked like once the pastries had gone they were not replenished. Plus points - good location and clean.
