Loved this place! Room is clean and neat, as wel as huge and beautiful bathroom. Well spread breakfast and amazing view from the rooftop! Highly recommended!

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

I had doubts when I made booking - the hotel didn’t have many reviews. I took the risk though and it was well worth it. My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable. Thank you very much, I will come back!

The hotel makes our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. The owner helps us to arrange transportation and all the attractions tour with exceptional services. The room is spacious and very unique. We love our stay at Hira Cave

房間是地暖，水是軟水，總感覺沖不乾淨。前台服務熱情，早餐也很豐富。但，第二天10點半時，我在房間裏聽到有人敲門，沒有來得及作聲，竟然有人拿鑰匙開了門！這 真是很無語！沒有退房呢！！

老闆和工作人員都非常熱情，我們有任何疑惑他們都會積極幫我們解答，還會幫忙推薦好吃的餐廳，房間又乾淨，又很有特色，早飯也很好吃

📍位置：卡帕多奇亞格雷梅小鎮。在地勢比較高的位置。選他是因為住不起mithra，想找個mithra平替，剛好就在附近。由於地勢高低會影響酒店看格雷梅小鎮/熱氣球的觀感，地勢更高觀景更好。hira的價格相對也比較便宜。下坡走到格雷梅小鎮商業街大概6 7分鐘，去觀景台的話需要走下一半，然後去另一個山頭上去。離很好吃的那間topdeck restaurant比較近！ 💁服務：老闆人非常nice，會幫忙拿行李去酒店房間。臨走的時候還送了個冰箱貼。但是房間的wifi確實不太行，信號也比較弱。 🏠環境：洞穴酒店，説是房間是真的洞穴改造的，冷的話可以開空調得制熱，房間不算特別小，洗手間稍微小了一點，但也夠用。我們的房間裏還有一個小洞穴，有坐墊，可以在裏面拍拍照啥的。酒店的觀景台有兩個，一個是獨棟前台的屋頂，有秋千和一張床在屋頂上，另一個是房間和餐廳的屋頂，鋪了地毯和坐墊的觀景台，可以遠眺格雷梅小鎮，白天也可以看到熱氣球。

酒店服務很好，時間不到入住時間，但是前台告知衞生打掃好了，可以提前給我辦理入住。酒店的早餐很好吃，特別是豆角，跟中國味道一樣～早餐廳風景也很好。每天訂好了行程，車來酒店接，前台都會打電話告知，送上車。很方便，酒店也可以預訂熱氣球等旅遊項目。

とても良い滞在でした。 ホテルの方は非常に親切で、屋上からの景色も最高でした。早朝気球が飛んでいるのがよく見えます。 ただ、部屋にゴギブリが出てしまったのでその点だけ残念でした。また、朝食も良いのですがどうしてもブュッフェにハエやハチが集ってしまっていたので、その点が気になりました。 部屋の窓を全開にしてパノラマビューでカッパドキアの街を見れるようにしているので仕方ないのですが… しかしながら、トータルは非常に満足です。

ロケーションも部屋も良かったです！ スタッフもとても親切でした。 シャワーの排水が悪くて洗面所の床ぎ水浸しになってしまったのは少し残念でした。

Абсолютно лучший отель для проживания в Каппадокии. Очень красивые номера с ванной и видами на шары. Терраса отеля, на мой взгляд, одна из лучших для просмотра шаров в Гереме!!! Я в Каппадокии второй раз и когда приеду в следующий, остановлюсь здесь!  Вкусный завтрак, чудесный персонал. Мы приехали в 5 утра и ребята нас заселили сразу без всяких доплат. Такого уровня гостеприимства я нигде не встречала. Из полуминусов, иногда пахло канализацией после приема ванной в гостиной. Но это абсолютно никак не влияет на впечатление от этого прекрасного отеля 

酒店比較新，設計也很漂亮。早餐也不錯。只是不接待12歲以下的孩子。

位置不錯，天台位置看熱氣球很優美，房間不多，很適合拍照
