Very good location, very good gym. But thw rooma are not soundproofed and you will be up early morning

酒店非常漂亮，尤其早餐時間，新鮮的食物加上優美的環境，帶來非常愉快的體驗，酒店的位置，提供的服務，以及員工的工作態度都非常完美，

到日內瓦的當天定的，當時旁邊的麗思ritz卡爾頓漲到了9000，四季12000，文華東方也12000，又不想遇到熟人就定了這家6400一晚～～位置就在日內瓦湖邊，和前三個酒店一條路上，衹是這個稍微邊沿一點下圖半湖景房的小陽台上拍的景就能一眼看出是有點靠碼頭⛵️的，但是盡頭是個城市公園一路晨跑拍拍晨景挺舒服的。前台服務員非常耐心熱情，態度真的不錯，因為當天房間已很滿，但是我還是又換了個更高一點的房間😊，當然我也很lady ，溝通時也是滿臉微笑的，所以態度啊真的是相互的。入住時前台還介紹了酒店負層有家中餐廳，我沒有來得及去試下，因為還有家朋友推薦的鴻運酒樓，環境好價格也正常所以先去吃了。説回酒店房間不算大，除了酒店電梯，從大堂到房間整個也是標準5星的感受了。

房間正對着大噴泉，在房間就能很好的欣賞日內瓦湖的美景，房間的床超級大，睡三個人都不覺得擠。早餐偏西式，餐廳游泳池都在二樓，樓下還有一家中國餐廳，但是得預約，我們walk-in沒吃成。不過酒店左手邊那條路一直走上去，大概五到八分鐘，有一家湘菜湘遇，味道挺不錯的。去火車站也是走這條路，一直走到底再往左走就是火車站了，瑞士的公共交通確實方便。

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel! Me and my partner were visiting the city for the first time, and choosing Fairmont grand hotel Geneva added some extra feeling to the trip :) Very nice setting on Geneva Lake- we loved to be on the water. The food was brilliant and the hotel staff always helpful and polite . Very happy

Having visited geneva before and walked past this hotels frontage with its multiple lake view bars and restaurants on the 1st and 2nd floors I always wanted to stay and experience what always looked to me to be the hotel in the best spot on the lake. My wife and I stayed 3 nights for our wedding anniversary having dinner on the third night, the 13th December which was our anniversary, at Lou One - see separate review of that excellent restaurant - on the first floor with a panoramic glass front overlooking the lake as I’d always wanted to. Some people find the ‘modern’ 1970’s late brutalist architecture to be a turn off but I’ve got a soft spot for places like this (think also the QE2, or the Barbican in London). With the right combination of plush furnishings, continuous updates of modern design respecting the original design language where possible and great service there’s no disadvantage in my mind when comparing to the grand old palaces of the 19th century where I often think that because of the built in opulence the actual hotels don’t feel they have to try so hard. The staff we dealt with were excellent and all genuinely willing to please. The food we ate was delicious especially the breakfast pancakes and the honey fresh from the on site hive was a great touch. The room was immaculately clean with a superbly comfortable bed. The Mai Tais in the bar are excellent as was the service there. Was everything perfect? no. We had a disastrous experience at our first breakfast which was remedied with a bottle of champagne in our room and treatment like royalty the following two mornings - it’s not always what goes awry but how it’s handled is the name of the game. I would suggest that the breakfast experience would be better for staff and guests alike if guests were seated by the greeter and there was communication between waiting staff and the greeter to ensure tables are ready for each guest before letting them go in to an every man for himself free for all and be more willing to overspill into the lounge (which is a perfectly adequate setting for breakfast) in a more controlled fashion as it’s currently just stressful, chaotic and not working smoothly at all if it’s busy and you’ll have guests leaving on a sour note going on to write reviews - my first job was in a Hotel restaurant including breakfast time so I know of what I speak. The building itself internally is clean and more than adequately appointed for a 5 star hotel but is now rather dated - limited plug sockets in rooms and no USB sockets is a bit early 2000’s especially when you see the Ethernet connections available but at least there’s decent WiFi. Externally especially looking at the internal courtyard walls the old girl is very tired with high amounts of missing concrete cladding everywhere and if you look at the front main signage the ‘G’ & ‘R’ of ‘grand’ aren’t illuminated and the word ‘Kempinski’ has been removed leaving an awkward gap without any attempt at adding ‘Fairmo

No words can describe this place that I cannot call but “our home in Geneva”. This place was our home in summer ever since it was so called Noga Hilton, Kempinski and now, Fairmont, nothing has changed. The memories of my childhood days is still alive in every corner. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are beautifully marbled and the rooms would recommend booking either the partial lake view room or the lake view room to enjoy the scenery.

The entire staff at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Genève were phenomenal and treqt us like family! Alexane at the concierges desk made sure our stay in the city was extra special and helped us numerous times with dinner and amazing suggestions of things to do. Thank you to everyone from the breakfast staff to the AMAZING NYE staff for a night we will never forget!

My family and I decided to visit Geneva and chose to spend a week the Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva. We had a really nice time and everyone was very warm and welcoming! I am very grateful for everything they did for us. The food at the restaurant was amazing as was tye whole atmosphere!

Outdated, overpriced and uninspiring. No vibe in this hotel… from the dark and chlostrophobic rdxeptikn to the dingy 2ns floor seeting area. the rooms are outdated and dsted. Looks like a cheep 1990’s 5 star hotel. Staff is great but no where neat on par with other Fairmonts I’ve stayed in.
