One of the biggest failures in the hospitality industry is when the staffs who are governing most of their unmanned facilities like this one are inaccurate and misleading with their 3 pm check in information and refused to amend it; one of which providing the check in instructions only at 3pm and not half an hour earlier like many others. In which case, we receive the messages only after the check in time has passed and by the time one transit to the point of destination would be 4 pm. So why don’t they just put check in at 4pm? They refused to see it any other way, even with the Agoda online customer service support informing them of the glitch in their self-implemented system. Also, these staffs particularly Yuka have no blinking idea what the hospitality business is all about because they simply would not accommodate any requests; not even the simplest one from the hotel guests. So when reviews like these are published, instead of either service recovery; they get the social media platform to remove it immediately and then send a personal email to their customers threatening them with lawsuits. Hospitality and services definitely have no meaning in their dictionary. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. It’s disturbing and annoying.
