So far location is good.. room is spacious and clean.. free parking is limited to 4 but opposite have street parking which ok also..

The staff is polite. But the room floor is wet when i enter the room. Until i check out i still feel the floor bit wet. Also no housekeeping for the whole 3 nights i stayed in this hotel. Parking is limited to 4 spaces. But you can park opposite hotel which u need to pay.

Hotel location in centre of town.Spacious room with free wifi.Amenities like hair dryer,hanger,jug kettle,bottle drinking water in room.

King size bed, a bit soft. Room is clean but floor a bit sticky and small. Bathroom is big but basin is beside the bed. Location is fine but parking only four lots.

The hotel location is good, but parking is very limited. The room is clean. I booked 2 room for this trip. One of room need to use manual key due to door lock malfunction. If you need for laundry..you need to go nearest laundry from the hotel. Recommended use car than walk. 😂 ( 1.2 km from hotel ) Laundry bar. The staff is friendly..willing to help if u need some assistance. If u need go to airport in the early morning a bit hard...i keep rejected/cancelled by grab driver due to jammed reason.

Very bad sound proof between the room, you can smell next door shower gel fragrance, tap is dripping 24 hours and the TV is not functioning even though we have made the complaint.

-Bad service -Airconditioning not function -no soundproof at all,can hear guest from another room -showers not function -tv no signal -bad service
