Great place to stay but had a issue in the parking garage needs bigger entry and no divider. Gate crushed my vehicle 🚗.

Nice hotel in an awful area. Homeless people all around, train station next door, parking expensive and horrible, a fight right outside the hotel front door during check in, outside noise heard from in room, fight and partying on our floor, etc. We got out the next day. The room itself and hotel looked newly renovated.

I did not like being given one total at the time of booking, then when I checked in the total was more, which included parking. It should be noted upfront and not be left as a surprise. Also, on more than one occasion I had to ask for my room to be cleaned.

We were told at check in that we could have a late check out the following morning at noon. The staff knocked on the door at 11:10, and then proceeded to call to tell ua we had 15 minutes to get out. They were incredibly rude. This was my second time staying here, first stay was much better, but we will not be back or use Home 2 Suites again.

Good quality hotel for the price. The breakfast is very cheap. Also parking is 30 dollars that could be free since they own the building.

We arrived early in the morning and couldn't get early check in. I had two little kids and wanted to get them to the room as soon as possible and the person at front desk kept telling me that check in was at 4. They didn't do anything to try and get us in to a room before that. The hotel was good in everything else besides the staff not even attempting to assist in getting us a room before 4pm.

I had great vacation! The front desk staff was excellent! I would stay there again in the near future. Thank You

I really like this property - the location, the overall condition of the building, friendly staff. However, improvements definitely need to be made in the housekeeping department. I can understand the service only every other day, but when I would have to inquire at the desk whether they were still coming at 5 pm on the days service was supposed to be provided. this was too much. The toom was cleaned well when and if they arrived. The solution as i see it is hiring more workers. I stayed nine days. I used to stay at Hampton Inn (another Hilton brand). Housekeeping service there was much better
