The location of the hotel is great. However, muddy water came out of the bathtub, shower and sink during the night while taking a bath. We had to fill and empty the bathtub several times. After waiting for an hour, the water was still muddy, so we went to the front desk to ask for help. A hotel staff member came to check the water. He was surprised to see the muddy water and told us to wait and that he would come back soon. However, we waited for more than an hour, but no one came. It was 11 o'clock, and there was no contact or confirmation, so we had no choice but to sleep. Then, in the middle of the night, we were bothered by mosquitoes. We killed three of them. It was the worst night. In the morning, we contacted the hotel about this, but there was no response. We left with a bad impression of our first time in Florence, but we felt uneasy about the customer service. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, so it's a disappointment.

I arrived early and the offered to store my luggage at the reception and they delivered to my room, that’s nice. There was no briefing on the breakfast arrangements at check in, they assume bay you know. My room is an end unit with a single bed, which is good for me, the bathroom is pleasantly big, and I do enjoyed the bath. Shower is good too with good water pressure. I found a pair of slippers inside the drawer of the bedside table instead of in the closet, they are comfortable. The whole 3 nights I stayed without Wi-Fi, they couldn’t fix it! The electric outlet has three holes so you need to bring the specific adapter as there no usb port to charge gadgets. I changed mine in the bathroom as my two pint adapters worked there. No kettle in the room but they kindly delivered some hot water to my room when I requested. The second night they told me to go downstairs to get it. TV has international news channels except CNN but that’s ok for me. Lifts are efficient.

Tutto perfetto! Posizione eccellente, accoglienza molto gentile. Ambiente in generale piacevole e curato. Camera pulita ed ordinata. Colazione top per gamma e qualità prodotti. Personale gentile e sorridente.

酒店位置特別棒

酒店很老了，房間陳舊，牆壁特別薄，上下左右的動靜都能聽得很清楚，房間的空調動靜像拖拉機，如果開着睡覺是不可能睡好的。 入住時候，前台的女士似乎有些不耐煩，並且要多收一個4歲孩子的費用，説我們定的是2個人，現在+孩子是3個人，這在其他歐洲國家是從沒有過的情況，別的酒店都是為孩子免費加小童床的，甚至在羅馬的酒店還送了孩子一起入睡的玩偶。 我認為前台女士對客人是區別對待的，我在問她問題的時候沒有微笑，沒有耐心，但同時在回答另一位外國女士的時候，她的態度非常好，我一度懷疑她是否有種族歧視。 後來在房間加的小童床，應該是從沒有洗過的，超級無敵臟，我是不會讓我的孩子睡在裏面的。跟酒店反應了情況後，換的小床雖説有些改善，但依舊很臟。

步行可以基本可以到達所以著名景點，如大教堂，碧提宮，離車站也很近。環境安靜，隔音不錯。早餐不錯，種類多，味道好。除了沒有燒水壺外，其他都好

Прекрасный отель в центе Флоренции, в непосредственной близости отличные бутики, правда если есть время, то лучше посетить аутлет . Все исторические объекты в шаговой доступности до 1000 метров. Номера чистые, приветливый персонал. Завтрак «континентальный», все на приличном уровне.

房間小、小、小，好似住進遊輪三等客房一樣。古典的門鎖系統，仿如重回七八十年代。早餐就沒什麼好説的，和國內四星沒法比

Posizione eccezionale rispetto a tutte le principali attrazioni del centro storico. A breve distanza dalla stazione e un passo dal lungarno. Staff professionale, cordiale, molto disponibile e pronto a sollevare il cliente da qualsiasi problematica. Ottimo il piccolo buffet per l'aperitivo, ottimo il cocktail e la scelta delle birre, buffet della colazione di qualità e abbondante sia nel.dolce che nel salato con frutta fresca. Camera singola adeguata con un grande bagno. Se dovessi proprio trovare una pecca, direi di rinnovare la tappezzeria anche stesso stile ma una rinfrescata non guasterebbe.

舉報這家酒店有嚴重的種族歧視問題我在31/3/2023這天入住了這家酒店，前台的一位白人中年胖男子對我才用了傲慢以及無理的態度，這是在前台還沒有其他人辦理入住的情況下發生的，我本應該入住的時間是下午兩點，但是最終酒店方竟然讓我足足拖到了兩點四十七才能入住，大家知道為什麼嗎，這還是因為我聯繫了旅行中介平台，讓他們協助我的，不然我可能得在這裏不知道還好等多久 我那天身子不太舒服，還是禮貌並且友好的詢問什麼時候能入住，但是儘管如此，白人中年男還是用極其傲慢的語氣讓我等待。令人憤怒的是，對於新來的白人夫婦，他態度很友好，並且耐心的介紹了酒店的設施以及服務，這不是個例。對於後面來的白人，他態度都與對我態度相比好得多，與我所經歷的大相徑庭。因此，對於我遭受到的不公平服務，我對他進行了錄音作為證據。不幸的是，我對於佛羅倫薩的體驗，因為這家酒店被毀了，這種明顯的種族歧視行為令人作嘔。酒店方另外兩位前台女士，態度十分友好，值得被肯定。 除此之外，我因為身子不舒服，讓旅行中介平台跟他們酒店前台要求要一杯熱水。但是，他後來打了三四通電話沒有得到任何迴應。因此，這些行為讓我認為，這是我體驗過最差的服務的酒店，一個帶有種族歧視的酒店

性價比高，前台很熱情，淋浴間還不錯，很大，洗澡比較舒服。房間户型不是很好，不太通風。住一個晚上還可以，要是很多天的不建議連住。

每次來佛羅倫薩必住的酒店，隔壁就是愛馬仕，右轉就是各種名品店一條街，絕對C位，酒店雖然不是連鎖酒店的那種新寬敞，但絕對讓人住了舒服，整潔，高檔老派酒店，推薦。

地段很好 乾淨衞生 服務熱情 銀器早餐

交通賊方便！隔壁就是範思哲，奢侈品購物區。景點都步行即可。房間床頭正對鏡子……早餐水果多但沒啥吃的就麪包啥的，出門需要把鑰匙還給前台。酒店離火車站蠻近的，走路5分多鐘左右，但是如果是大箱子會有點不好拖。
