Yêu khách sạn này rất nhiều🏨! Nói về khuyết điểm trước tiên, phòng không lớn nhưng khách sạn châu Âu đắt tiền nhưng cơ sở vật chất đầy đủ, sạch sẽ. Ưu điểm: Khách sạn thiết kế rất thời trang, lối vào có xích đu, mình thích màu hồng, còn có khu trò chuyện giải trí rộng rãi, ghế ngồi thoải mái, uống cà phê và sấy khô ngoài trời rất thoải mái. Khách sạn 🏨 cung cấp dịch vụ giặt là miễn phí, cạnh phòng giặt là khu vui chơi giải trí với bàn bóng bàn, bàn board game, phòng âm nhạc, mọi người có thể giết thời gian trong lúc chờ lấy quần áo. Cuối cùng, tại quầy bar trên sân thượng, bạn có thể gọi đồ uống và ngắm cảnh về đêm của Nhà Thờ Hoa.

Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze. Their breakfast is highly recommended! Their staffs are always helpful too!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Social Hub Lavagnini. It’s clean, modern, and well-designed with a young, international vibe. We’re in our early 30s and felt like we fit right in. It’s ideal for younger travelers or anyone who prefers something more relaxed and social than a traditional hotel. An older couple might feel a little out of place, but that depends on what kind of atmosphere you’re after. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Anytime we needed something, they handled it quickly and with a great attitude. The common areas downstairs are a real highlight. There’s lots of space to work, hang out, or meet other travelers. It really does have a community feel, just like the reviews say. There’s also a rooftop with a pool and bar. It’s nice to have, but to be honest, we didn’t find the bar particularly exciting. More of a perk than a destination. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the historic center, so you’ll be doing a bit of walking each day. Still, we thought the location was a good balance- close enough to everything, but far enough to be out of the thick of the crowds. For the price and the comfort of the hotel, it felt totally worth it. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and social place to stay in Florence.

Excellent stay for coworking and long term stays in general. There are many facilities, including a communal kitchen, coworking area, and laundry.

It's a hotel and much more. I think for the 1st timer to social hub, might find it very interesting. But the key thing for me is that it does not lack anything as a hotel You can do laundry for free and you will also have access to a pretty decent gym. I booked this place just for the gym but was delightfully surprised of the rest that came with it. It is abit further from the train station or the florence main square (i call the duomo area the main square) but buses can be an option. Although i didnt take much buses in florence. Walking is the main mode of transportation for me.

I stayed at the hotel for only one night, but I wish I could have stayed for a bit longer to properly enjoy it. I didn't have high expectations because of the mixed reviews online. However, when I arrived, what I found was friendly and helpful staff, and great rooms. I guess I really wasn't expecting much, so was impressed by everything. The room had everything I needed, even free water and coffee. I wish there was an iron in the hotel though, but not all hotels have irons in the rooms, understandable. The shower had a "water spent" device installed onto it which gave me anxiety because I realised I spent too much water just by trying to figure how the shower works (which one is hot/cold? etc). I liked the vibe of the hotel bar, and loved that the hotel's front garden was closed at night, only way in was by using your room key, which I guess is for safety reasons. Wish I had enough time to swim in the pool, it looked very clean. The bar had a wonderful vibe. The lifts are a bit confusing and very slow for year 2024. But I'm not sure that can be fixed without a massive investment. Would make the guests a lot happier though. Overall, I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Florence. And that says something, because I usually like to change hotels and don't tend to stay at the same place twice.

I love the hotel facilities , they got piano, swing , table tennis, foosball table, 24/7 gym , band room and swimming pool. It’s very cool and the location is very nice and near to train station also

Absolutely amazing service and rooms. Everyone in the hotel was super helpful and nice. Totally sold on the hotel and indeed the whole network of "The Social Hub" hotels, it's now my first choice for traveling accomodations. As a bonus, I uploaded the view from the rooftop bar so you can see what you are missing!
