Pros - Overall was good and very comfortable. F&B service was magnificent and very accommodating. It was never too troublesome to provide special service to a solo traveller. Cons - My last night was a scare due to a disturbance at my door around midnight. Although I was assured that it was a mistaken of room numbers by other hotel guests, I was still very disturbed to fall back to sleep. Which resulted my decision to not extend another night stay. Really a pity.

Отличное расположение рядом с большинством достопримечательностей. Еда бомбическая! Все очень вкусно по-домашнему, качественно из хороших продуктов. Что бы мы ни брали, это было великолепно. Потом переехали в 5* известной сети. Тут еда не дотягивает до Anelia. Красивый пышный сад с цветами и птицами. Продлили номер бесплатно на 2 часа. Персонал очень приветливый. За ужином подходили к каждому, расспрашивали, все ли нравится. Есть живые кораллы с рыбами. Из минусов: не работал телефон, плесень в ванной. Странная конструкция навеса на террасе, от дождя не защищает. Пляж очень условный, но рядом есть общественный. Там тихо и медитативно.

Все отлично!

На завтрак мало фруктов и низкого качества.

此次毛里求斯旅行，一共住了5家酒店，包括比較火的王子酒店和莫納山麗世酒店，但綜合感受最好的卻是這家最便宜的，當然它的硬件設施不能和前兩家相比。這家酒店餐廳的幾衹常駐的小貓功不可沒。希望酒店方面能好好對待這幾衹小貓。

房間簡陋！設施簡單！

Food are amazing and service are very helpful just add some more variety in food otherwise I really like everything.swimming pool was amazing.and the view from our room was extremely outstanding.and the beach side dinner idea was completely amazing.

Lovely location, nicely set out and we enjoyed a lovely beachside party celebrating the Chinese New Year. Complete with buffet, dancers and dragons. Staff were pleasant. There were a few little niggles, room wasn’t ready at 2pm as informed, I was a bit annoyed as people arriving later than us got their rooms earlier and we’d been there since 11 am though check in wasn’t until 2. By 2.30 I went again to request our room ( we were hot and desperate to get in the sea) and was taken to a room that was still being stripped and cleaned! I walked away and the lady apologised and organised another room. This room was ready, it wasn’t great, it was shabby, marks all over doors and cupboards, floor not properly clean and old stained fixture and fittings in the bathroom. A shower door that didn’t close, a sliding bathroom door that was heavy and difficult to open, and a front door that stuck and took ages to open. Issues that we reported but were not dealt with. A nice lick of paint and basic renewal of old fixtures and repair of doors would make a world of difference! ( it’s the little things that matter) . The little veranda area was very pleasant as were the pools and lovely paths and plants. There was a natural sea water pool that you stepped down to which was lovely. The food was quite nice, the restaurant area and staff very pleasant and helpful. The birdsong amazing! The beach area and little thatched sun protectors was lovely, though a little cleaning of the sun beds wouldn’t go amiss. All in all a lovely position by the sea, would we come again? Not unless the rooms were updated and given the little sparkle that they deserve.

Location and hotel are excellent but that's where it stopped. Staff on reception are Not British friendly at all or very helpful. In fact RUDE!! After slipping over in shower (step to get in,no hand rails or slip mat) and hurting myself asked if had a bandage to strap up my wrist told hospital that way and pointed.. Putting disabled people upstairs (no lift) not many ramps to access places around hotel (pool,bar etc)so not disabled friendly at all. IMPOSSIBLE for my disabled MIL to get in her room or shower without assistance Pool towels have seen better days(I've thrown out better) Have complained but just fell.on deaf ears Thankfully only here 3 days

Beautiful views STAFF RUDE,NO COMMUNICATION Called me a liar TWICE NOT disabled friendly even when notified disabled traveller Would NOT recommend to ANY of my friends or family coming to Beautiful Mauritius, shame really as looking forward to a relaxing SAFE holiday

Very nice experience with warm hospitality by everyone. Good & clean rooms and delicious dinner. We had a half board plan so breakfast and dinner was included. Breakfast was healthy and the spread was very good. Everything is near by at walkable distance. Special mention to person named "Kavya" for all the help needed.

We like Anelia resort so much Specially the ambience,food everything is on point. Hospitality of all staff is also superb Mauritius is beautifully place If anyone want relax vacation and good beach experience then must visit Mauritius.. Scuba diving and all water sports are also nice with all safety precautions.

I am from Russia. A wonderful hotel with a very beautiful and well-kept territory - a fabulous garden on the very shore of the ocean. Excellent service and care of the staff in everything. Everyone smiles and says hello. Beautiful design of the rooms and all the spaces in the hotel. I recommend the rooms with a sea view - the view is magical, but the other rooms also have a sea view, albeit not a direct one. The food is excellent - all the dishes are interesting, the cooks try, they cook only from high-quality products. There are seafood, excellent beef, steaks, many different tropical fruits. The waiters are very diligent, literally standing behind the guests and clearing the dishes instantly. The reception service is very caring, specially mss Preety, and fulfills any of your requests. The location is ideal - there is its own private beach and next to it, 10 minutes' walk away, is Flic en Flac beach with a living reef. Ideal value for money.
