Nice clean and new hotel. Entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find not being from the main road side. Amenities like toothbrush etc are payable, which was a let off. Overall good experience. 🙂

I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Bristol, and it was a pleasant experience overall. One of the best aspects was the location—just an 8-minute walk from Temple Meads train station. The weather was sunny, making the walk really enjoyable, though there are a few stairs along the way to keep in mind. We arrived earlier than expected at 10:30 AM and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was already ready. That was a great start to our stay! Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and spotlessly clean, except for some permanent stains in the shower—not dirt, but not particularly nice to look at. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. It was also a lovely room for families with a child, as our kid finally got a real comfy bed rather than a wobbly open sofa bed. The lobby was a nice spot to relax after a day of walking around the city. They offer water for guests and even have some board games, which was a fun touch. Breakfast was decent, though not particularly memorable. My main issue was the lack of non-dairy options for making a cappuccino. While they offer non-dairy milks, it wasn’t possible to make a cappuccino with them unless you paid extra for a barista-made one. I found this disappointing, especially since more and more people are opting for dairy-free alternatives. It’s an area that could definitely be improved. It's not worth booking direct with the hotel as they don't bother to be competitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a well-located hotel, with just a few minor areas for improvement.

Staff very friendly, room clean but …. Asked for high floor & quiet room. Got the bottom floor overlooking main road. Car park outside but not contracted by hotel. No baths available in entire hotel. One bed small double and an unnecessary extra single. No large beds?? Breakfast mediocre buffet prepared without love - orange juice cheap, mushrooms tasted very odd as if cooked in bleach (obviously they weren’t). US style teabag with non-boiling water from coffee machine. No skimmed milk. Etc etc Coming back next weekend but to the hotel over the road - room options some with one large bed, some baths, robes, executive lounge rooms if desired. 2 nights for about the price of one at the Leonardo!

Lovely clean hotel, good choice for breakfast. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Room was l nice, pillows a bit hard. Only real negative, although the same with all hotels, the rooms are far too warm, so didn't sleep well.

Got allocated a disbaled room... which asked to change to a normal room but got told none left. Ony room that can swap to is a upgrade which cost £20 extra on top of price already paid... disappointing

Nice room and lovely hotel - only thing that would have made it a little better would be tea and coffee in the room but other than that it was great.

Always stayed at Leonardo Hotel when I’m traveling around the UK. Bristol one is clean and new, service was great with prompt response. Location is wonderful walking to city centre in just 10 minutes.

The hotel is near the Temple Meads train station which is handy but not near much else. pretty basic but the room and bed was comfortable for a solo traveller.

So quiet! Clean rooms and well equipped.  Really good location  Check in staff friendly. Would recommend

Leonardo is always our top hotel when in Bristol. Tho recently, booking on Trip.com proved to be the best price option but upon check-in the prices doesnt match.

We choose Leonardos based on reviews on Google and ***********. Hotel was centrally located, within 10 minute walk from Bristol train station. Check-in was smooth, room was good but had dust on tables and chairs. Beds were extremely comfortable and we slept really well. Washroom was good as well, with hot/cold water. There was no exhaust in washroom, so it becomes really humid with 5 minutes of taking shower. Iron and iron stand was provided in room. We had breakfast booked as well, which was excellent. Breakfast buffet had so much options including 2 types of eggs, croissants, muffins, juices, tea and coffee (as we only could try halal options) Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Walkable to train station. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

This is my 3rd time stopping here and I always enjoy coming back with 1st class service with a smile and a comfortable sleep and a lovely relaxing foyer will definitely make it visit number 4 next time keep up the good work leonardo. 👏 Michael Addison 31/12/24 - 02/01/25
