There is an adult height lock on the family room door to the pool. There are 3 youth life jackets. Reminder that this is the desert. We have regularly scheduled pest control on the inside and outside of our home. But it is impossible to keep out all desert pests. Our cancellation policy is firm. We encourage you to get travelers insurance. Please note: We have a weekly pool service that comes every Monday. This is to keep our pool clean and well maintained. They try to be quick and stay out of the way of our guests. There is also a landscaper that stops by 1-2 times month. He keeps the landscape looking beautiful for our guests to enjoy. *Wind storms, dust storms, & Haboobs happen here in the desert. Some debris may call into the pool. If this happens, there is a pool net available for your use during your stay.There is ring doorbell with a camera. No checkouts on Christmas Day.
