Absolutely amazing hotel and service!!!! Their mattress cured my years long back pain! The staff goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Great breakfast, even vegan choices. Highly recommend!

非常好飯店，飯店非常新，旁邊也就有停車場，走到市中心老街不到10分鐘，當初在訂房時發現舒適房和高級房的大小設備都一樣找不到差別，只有官網顯示舒適房有暖氣，沒有冷氣，到現場果然舒適房沒有冷氣，如果夏天訂房可能要注意！

Trotz zentraler Lage sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen Blick auf die Esslinger Burg. Tip top!

Das Zimmer war sehr modern, groß und sauber. Leider war der Spa- und Fitnessbereich sowie die Dachterasse geschlossen.

War super, allerdings wurde im Bad wohl ein benutztes Handtuch vergessen, welches wir auf die Seite gelegt haben. Liebe Grüße Michi

We had bookes and payed for a Rom i advance but When arrived for Euro 2024 they had overbooket the hotel! So alot off people was waiting in the lobby for rooms that wasnt there! The receptionist offeret us a Rom at a much cheaper hotel, and they sundt want to give u’s a refund! They told u’s we should be happy ti have a Rolf over our heads! Stay away!

Modern property, parking at hotel, easy walk to city. Breakfast downstairs was fabulous. Perfect for our stay

We loved the proximity to everything downtown. It was all within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable. AWESOME breakfast! We would have liked different choices in pillows (a hard and a soft) - both were big and poofy, but very firm. The shower glass wall was too short to prevent water from spraying on the floor (despite tilting the shower head down as much as we could). All in all, a FABULOUS hotel!!!

We had a very pleasant stay, the hotel was a lovely stay and in the perfect location. Everything was within a 10 minute walking distance.

bathroom/shower is like in a hospital - shower rod is broken - doesn't hold. Safe didn't work. Very noisy - neighbor was on the phone all night - breakfast is good
