No one was available for check-in. I called the number I was asked to call if no one came to the front desk after pushing the call button. The call went to voicemail. After a 20 minute delay someone showed up at the check-in desk. They could not find my reservation so they picked a room. The room had not been cleaned. The prior occupant's phone charger was still plugged in. I took a photo of the bed when I came into the room. The bed had used towels on it and dirty sheets. Fortunately, I traveled prepared and made the best of it rather than getting frustrated by the lack of service at the front desk.
