Since I have experienced Hoshinoya resorts in Japan, I was very curious about Hoshinoya in Bali. First of all, the resort is located in the very quiet jungle of Ubud. The exotic atmosphere felt like I was on another planet. The service of the staff who always remember us and prepare for us shows that this is a top-class luxury resort. The best thing was F&B. The cocktails and snacks enjoyed at the gazebo in the jungle were great, and the meal at the restaurant was also excellent. For breakfast, we had Western, Indonesian, and Japanese options to choose from, so we were able to try something different each time. I love Indonesian food, but sometimes I find it a little difficult. So, I think it is Hoshinoya's advantage that you can choose Japanese food at such times. The spa while listening to the sound of birds in the jungle of Ubud was also great. I think it's a must if you come to Hoshinoya Bali. The downside is probably that there is no private pool. However, there were not many guests when we went, and it was nice to be able to use the 70m long public pool. 3 days and 2 nights was a short time to enjoy their services. I really want to visit again.

HOSHINOYA Bali is a luxurious resort located just outside Ubud, Bali. This property is known for its incredible service, stunning architecture, and tropical atmosphere, and our experience here was nothing but exceptional. The resort is a sort of small traditional Japanese village nestled within lush rice fields and surrounded by the tropical forest, giving you the feeling of a peaceful and secluded retreat. The accommodations at HOSHINOYA Bali are designed in a mixture of traditional Japanese and Balinese styles, and our luxury Jalak Villa features high ceilings, wooden furnishings, a huge living area, and a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley. Moreover, we had direct access to one of the infinity pools overlooking the rice fields. The villas are very private, and you can really feel at ease. The resort also offers a variety of activities and amenities. The spa is absolutely worth a try: we had one of the best treatments ever, including a couple massage, a scrub, and a fantastic flower bath. We also attended a unique traditional Batik Saya class (we learned how to create a traditional Batik), and a Kwangen class to learn how to make traditional Balinese flowering offers). The dining experience at HOSHINOYA Bali is just as incredible, with a focus on Japanese and Balinese fusion cuisine. The à-la-carte breakfast is one of the best we have ever had, both in terms of quantity and quality. We also had the chance to try their 10-course Ubud Jungle Dinner in the private Café Gazebo, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort's main restaurant, The Dining Room, also offers a variety of fantastic dishes made with fresh and local ingredients. The service at HOSHINOYA is just as excellent as everything else: every one of the staff is extremely professional and accommodating, and they really care about their guests' satisfaction. HOSHINOYA Bali is a top-notch resort that provides a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and cultural experiences, and it's the perfect place if you want to have a dreamy stay in Bali. We can't wait to be back soon for more!

Stunning!!! Precisely what we had wished while visiting Bali. Tucked away in the jungle from the hustle & bustle from Ubud. Property & accommodations are stunning! Service & staff impeccable. Vigilante, responsive & unobtrusive. Would recommend & hope to stay again soon!!

Magnificent, amazing and best hotel ever! We stayed in Jalak Villa, and it’s clean, huge, beautiful view, I even forgot my gadget for a screen time 😳 If you want to eat in their Cafe Gazebo, you should book one day before since it's usually fully occupied, but their Restaurant is also recommended (bigger portion :D) They have morning activity like rice field walk, and after breakfast we could learn "Membatik" (how to make Batik traditionally by Jodi) I truly enjoy this stay, wonderful hospitality by Lucia, thank youu Hoshinoya Bali 👏🏻
