La habitación no se corresponde con la contratada,ni nos dieron lo q pedíamos,yo pido siempre habitación alta y buenas ,y no lo cumplieron precisamente, sino todo lo contrario,trato de la recepcionista bastante seco y pasta,no teníamos horarios para reservar el spa,y aún teniendo estropeado el spa fueron incapaces de ofrecernos una compensación ni económica ni en servicios,tenían restaurante y masajes por ejemplo para compensar nos.sin embargo el trato de trip nos ha dejado con un buen sabor de boca por la implicación en darnos una compensación,de hecho hemos repetido con ellos,nos pagamos habiatcion superior y nos dieron la doble normal con vistas a un tejado

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, lo que hizo que me sintiera bienvenido de inmediato. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y estaba decorada con un estilo moderno y acogedor. Además, la cama era extremadamente cómoda, lo que me permitió descansar perfectamente. El hotel cuenta con excelentes instalaciones, como una piscina hermosa y un gimnasio bien equipado. También disfruté de las opciones de comida; el desayuno buffet era variado y delicioso, con muchas opciones saludables.

El hotel es precioso, grande, bien situado. El personal muy atento. El buffet de desayuno todo muy bueno, buen surtido. Cenamos en el hotel y la carta bien diseñada y la verdad que expectacular. El unico pero de la estancia ha sido que el spa estaba cerrado por mantenimiento. Eso lo tenian que avisar cuando se reserva.

El lugar excepcional, habitación, spa, comedor impresionante. Fallo no se sabe el pq nuestra reserva de spa no estaba apuntada, pero el material q se nos entrega si q estaba. No hay explicación, se soluciono todo a tiempo y bien. La experiencia ha sido fabulosa

Simplemente espectacular. La ubicación genial. Las habitaciones grandes y las camas comodísimas. El desayuno de 10. Lo único es el spa un poco pequeño y demasiada gente dentro, aún así lo recomiendo porque está muy bien.Tenia ganas de venir y no me a defraudado al revés es un pasada. El proxo el castillo de Valbuena

The hotel does not correspond to the status of the spa hotel. Having paid for the room and spa services in advance, they will tell you that you need to book spa services separately by time and will not tell you that you need to book an additional day and a separate spa complex. And a 15-year-old child may be denied access to an evening spa, simply confusing with the age of admission. Part of the equipment in the spa does not work, one of the two showers is broken! The staff is busy with their own affairs and you only bother them. The rooms themselves are tired and worn out. The carpet in the hallway is tired…Room access cards work very poorly. Parking is small and limited.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a bicycle tour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was on the 3rd floor, under the roof with view to the church steeple. Breakfast is well stocked and very varied. We also used the spa. It is very spacious with several jets in various sections focusing in different sections of the body. Great stay

I made reservations on August 22, 2022 for 3 nights October 4, 5, 6, Suite Santa Catalina, Especial Segunda Juventud. I received an email on August 22 confirming my reservation along with a confirmation number. On September 4, I received a phone call from the hotel stated that they have a large group coming to the hotel during my stay and need me to change my dates to allow tor the larger group can be accommodated. I did not want to change my dates since we planned these dates to celebrate our anniversary and birthdays. In the end we told the hotel to cancel the reservations. If a hotel confirms a reservation they should meet their commitments. We won't be making any reservations with this hotel or the other hotels in their group.
