Didn't like the traffic, noise was constant. Didn't like the shower. Didn't like the invasion of ants. The facilities were great for children,pool, play area etc.

Great family spot! Indoor and outdoor pool were excellent, as well as the other onsite facilities. The walk into San Remo was too far for us with a pram (in very hot weather) which was a shame, but other than that everything was lovely. Also very decent price for buffet breakfast at the resort restaurant.

Apart from the stairs up to the apartment, everything else was terrific, clean, convenient parking, quiet at night, good pools and other activities on site, easy road access to Phillip Island and outside activities. Only customer in the restaurant on a public holiday night and got slugged with an additional public holiday fee in the bill, pretty petty and no warning!

Really excellent family experience, nice bay view, staff helped with request of minimal stairs for room, enjoyed all facilities

Nice apartment with good view. BIG complex. Media/tv/movies/wifi disappointed. Plenty of stairs if you don't like them.

The facilities are good in the resort but the resort needs to be upgraded and renovated. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. The balcony was dirty with cobwebs all over. The doors and some furniture in the bedrooms were peeling off. Outdated resort and is not the luxury apartment as advertised. Not worth the price you pay for the stay.
