It was a lovely stay and the people were very helpful. There was an issue with our T.V. taking a VERY long time to change channels. I think they were replacing it, but we were to be gone by then. Also, someone before us tried to use the kettle for milk and no one had noticed the scalding. Very walkable and the cobbler down the street fixed some shoes for me in just a few hours.

Lovely apartment had everything we needed. Fantastic location, only 5 minute walk to Xmas market and friendly staff, there when needed.

The staff were super helpful and managed to move us to a room with a larger bed as a double is just too small. The only downside was the new room had an adjoining room and therefore was not as soundproofed - we could hear the next room clearly which was disappointing. The main point is to stress how helpful and accommodating the staff were in ensuring our comfort and ability to get some sleep so for that I am grateful.

糟糕的住宿體驗，難以想象怎麼評選上的四星級。
首先，入住流程體驗感很差。
我在提着行李到達酒店門口打算辦理入住的時候，才得知大門需要密碼才能打開，而我不知道這個密碼，視線範圍內沒有任何工作人員，需要我自己打電話詢問，第一次遇到這樣的情況。
辦理入住全程自助，且最後直接從我的信用卡里刷走了100英鎊的按金，這筆支出我提前完全不得知。
其次，設施很迷惑。
洗手間淋浴噴頭的開關設計成罕見的雙層轉盤的形狀（或者可以説船舵），且缺乏清晰的説明，完全不知道要怎麼用，想洗澡還要先破解淋浴設備的用法，簡直匪夷所思。
洗手間的燈開關居然設定在靠近屋頂的位置，高度令人費解，是生怕別人關燈睡着覺嗎？
房間的所有窗户都是傾斜的（窗户下緣向外傾斜），這導致在地心引力作用下自然下垂的窗簾無法遮擋住全部的光線，側面會有很大一塊透光區域，安全性也令人擔憂。
不提供護髮素。
最後，性價比低。
距離火車站步行二十分鐘，位置還算方便，但是不值這個價錢。如果不是臨時需要訂房，還有更好的選擇。

酒店屬於公寓酒店，有員工值班，房間日用品用完可自取。廚房設備可簡單使用，房間佈局合理，還比較舒適。
酒店在新城，位於住宅區中，距離王子街較近可步行，去老城城堡散步也可抵達。附近有餐廳和超市，還比較方便。

Overall a decent size hotel room for a family of 4 . Could use some instruction manuals for hobs and clean pots. The card key also doesn't work all the time. They request a security deposit from you of about £100 which is not part of the initial booking fee.

When I was checking in for help, my attitude was very bad and I was impatient. And when I got back to the hotel at the end of the tour, the door was closed. And I don't have access to the password, and no one ever told me the password! Calling customer service won't fix the problem either. It kept me standing outside for 20 minutes.

Our stay was great and we would have scored it higher if there hadn’t been a really strong food smell every time we entered the apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean but the smell was unpleasant

The time required to walk from the train station to the hotel is about 20 mins.
There are some stores near the hotel.
There are 2 floors for the hotel. We live in a room on the 1st floor. The size is decent and the equipment is sufficient. However, the window is at the height of a peoples's head. The people outside can easily look into the room and privacy is a issue.
Also, there are some problems in the bathroom. The light in the bathroom is automatic and this is a disadvantage. When I sit on the toilet, the sensor in the bathroom cannot detect my movement and will turn the light off every minute. It will be a lot better if I can switch the lights on manually. Also, the method of changing the temperature of the shower is very unhuman.
Overall, it is a fine aparthotel but there are some problems
