Very recommended this accommodation. Staff are friendly, hotel is clean and comfy. Location is near to city center. Smooth check in process

Overall a decent size hotel room for a family of 4 . Could use some instruction manuals for hobs and clean pots. The card key also doesn't work all the time. They request a security deposit from you of about £100 which is not part of the initial booking fee.

When I was checking in for help, my attitude was very bad and I was impatient. And when I got back to the hotel at the end of the tour, the door was closed. And I don't have access to the password, and no one ever told me the password! Calling customer service won't fix the problem either. It kept me standing outside for 20 minutes.

The time required to walk from the train station to the hotel is about 20 mins. There are some stores near the hotel. There are 2 floors for the hotel. We live in a room on the 1st floor. The size is decent and the equipment is sufficient. However, the window is at the height of a peoples's head. The people outside can easily look into the room and privacy is a issue. Also, there are some problems in the bathroom. The light in the bathroom is automatic and this is a disadvantage. When I sit on the toilet, the sensor in the bathroom cannot detect my movement and will turn the light off every minute. It will be a lot better if I can switch the lights on manually. Also, the method of changing the temperature of the shower is very unhuman. Overall, it is a fine aparthotel but there are some problems

Sofa bed not very tidy

離火車站倒是不遠 觀光巴士在附近也就站 這些倒還算可以 可是關鍵的關鍵就是衞生太差了 掀開兩個床的被子都看到了上一個客人留下的毛髮 我當時真的要吐了 後來找前台 前台説因為打掃衞生的每天衹去一次 她衹能幫我找乾淨的被套自己換 行吧 我自己換就自己換吧 結果換被套的時候發現他家被芯居然是一種無紡布裹着的什麼東西….. 我真的第一次見到這樣的被褥 衞生間的地板也是爛的 居然是用透明膠粘上的哦😲😲 然後因為前面所述的這些 導致我完全不敢用房間裏的廚房用具 還有洗衣機 對了 就這樣的房間 3000多一晚哦

自助入住方便 可寄存行李 3點checkin,如有房間可提早1點入住 很不錯！ 酒店有電器說明書 簡單易明 煮了兩天的膳食 有洗碗機很不錯！洗衣機更有拱乾功能 能讓我們的衣服更快收拾！ 位置旺中有靜 離景點都很方便 值得推介！

糟糕的住宿體驗，難以想象怎麼評選上的四星級。 首先，入住流程體驗感很差。 我在提着行李到達酒店門口打算辦理入住的時候，才得知大門需要密碼才能打開，而我不知道這個密碼，視線範圍內沒有任何工作人員，需要我自己打電話詢問，第一次遇到這樣的情況。 辦理入住全程自助，且最後直接從我的信用卡里刷走了100英鎊的按金，這筆支出我提前完全不得知。 其次，設施很迷惑。 洗手間淋浴噴頭的開關設計成罕見的雙層轉盤的形狀（或者可以説船舵），且缺乏清晰的説明，完全不知道要怎麼用，想洗澡還要先破解淋浴設備的用法，簡直匪夷所思。 洗手間的燈開關居然設定在靠近屋頂的位置，高度令人費解，是生怕別人關燈睡着覺嗎？ 房間的所有窗户都是傾斜的（窗户下緣向外傾斜），這導致在地心引力作用下自然下垂的窗簾無法遮擋住全部的光線，側面會有很大一塊透光區域，安全性也令人擔憂。 不提供護髮素。 最後，性價比低。 距離火車站步行二十分鐘，位置還算方便，但是不值這個價錢。如果不是臨時需要訂房，還有更好的選擇。

都很不錯，乾淨、安靜、位置好，廚房設施齊全但盤子小了而且沒有碗。建議增加一些碗方便華人，最好有電飯煲。

酒店屬於公寓酒店，有員工值班，房間日用品用完可自取。廚房設備可簡單使用，房間佈局合理，還比較舒適。 酒店在新城，位於住宅區中，距離王子街較近可步行，去老城城堡散步也可抵達。附近有餐廳和超市，還比較方便。

酒店房間很大，很清潔，設施很齊全，最好是浴室，酒店位置算可以，惟有二合一洗衣機，乾衣部份不能用，只有洗衣，但都有提供曬衣架。四人住比較化算。

公寓離威火車站步行約20分鐘。離王子街和愛丁堡非常近。公寓雖然需要自己辦理入住。但是底樓有管理員，需要幫助可以直接去找。洗衣機冰箱麪包機電爐都非常好用，冰箱有冷凍櫃。打掃可以根據個人需要每日或者隔幾日。

酒店管理智能化，自助入住，公寓式酒店，有廚房、洗碗機、洗衣機，附近有超市、可以自己買菜做飯，很適合親子度假。
