Came here forhmour one night stay in Dunedin . Everything ia great wheb we arrive and find out evwrything is contactless means any problem no one wiill come and help! Room was good , size is good for a couple and parking right outside. It was mid winter and freezing in Dunedin , which was below degree at night. All they provide is a super thin cover ( not even a duvet ) and a thin as blanket. And by the door there is a tiny heater which was not enough to warm up the room. No extra blanket were founs , nor electric blanket. Called the host, he said this is contactless and hes not on site , ask me to turn up the heater which i already did but the room still freezing. And he said nothing he can do to help. I was sooo cold, luckily warehouse still open so I can go to buy a blanket for myself for the night , orelse I would not be able to sleep in this freezing winter night. I understand contactless being a Covid thing , but you cant open up an accomodation without essentials like an extra blanket and no help can be found. Will not recommend this place is you are looking for a stay to feel safe and good sleep.
