Gevora was a great hotel, it was nearby to a lot of things however due to the one way system on their highway it added quite a long time to the journey. The view from the room was stunning however the windows desperately needed a clean. Other than that, the people were great and the hotel was lovely.

Yes the best location in downtown, we are easy go to every places.

I loved my stay in the tallest tower ! Everything was great beside that waiting time for elevator. It’s great hotel ! I hope they will make it 5 stars instead of 4. Rooms are amazing on the highest floors, just bathrooms could be more renewable. In second day of my stay the housekeeping were very late but out of that I had nice stay and helpful lady in the reception who upgraded me with my view ! Thank you !

Good area close to trains, a bit dated with the rooms. Even though we got a bigger room we are still on low level floor. Unable to move up higher. Breakfast was OK, not many options.

The hotel could have been rated "very good" if a few things can be rectified.  Only 3 wooden hangers were provided.  When asked for more, only thin and out-of-shape wire hangers were given citing there were no none available.  Not all elevators were working at all times besides guests need to always share with HK staff -- very awkward and inconcenient.  Bathroom towels were not white and need be replaced.  Other than that, we were satisfied with the hotel.  Air con worked great.  Room was spacious and conveniently located.  Staff were attentive.

The hotel is good! The location is excellent! Room with excellent views, but very dirty windows! Repair in the room is certainly tired, it is necessary to update! The kitchen is, but it can not be used, only a full-fledged large refrigerator works! With lifts, it's not really so irresponsible. To go down or climb to your floor, you have to wait a long time! Well, if you want to enjoy the evening view of the film, you can hardly be happy! The TV hangs, from youtuba throws out and does not turn off the remote! In general, from pluses, only the location, but also does not recommend longer than a couple of days, because on the metro to the hotel constantly crowds of people, as the next top sights!

It’s very old hotel. Other than location there is not any other good reason to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is very bad. Food is horrible. It’s not worth the price we paid / night. I do not recommend.

Average hottel not worth the money

Was very specious room. With small separate kitchen, living room and bed room. We took lower level as it was one day stay only. Location perfect, near to metro. Few stops away from Dubai mall etc. It was heart of downtown. Near got some coffee shops, pharmacy. They got great roof top. Seems like busy hotel, as there was a lot of people at the lobby. Abit noisy on that sense. Very friendly staffs. All are very attentive. I have stayed here 2 years ago and this time came back with my husband. Always lovely to come back.

Great hotel with a metro station nearby. I stayed there for 4 days., but my window was dirty. There is a lot of waiting time for lift. And bathtubs are not very nice as compared to other hotels. But room was great and view is also beautiful.

Central location Windows outside the hotels were dirty and looks like they were not been cleaned for long time and also the carpet inside the hotel room was dirty as there were stains. Breakfast service was very poor and not with a standard of a 4 start property Not many option for breakfast buffet and there was not staff to clear the plates or to offer a coffee and whoever was there they were not helpful. Room size was massive Check in service was great and helpful. Overall would not recommend the property as the service at 3 star in Dubai is better.

1. Towels were not given regularly. Kitchen lighting problem was not repaired after reporting to a receptionist. The kitchen’s ceiling lights were on for a few nights u til we checked out. 2. Checked in with 2 bookings with paid, to stay in the same room. But 1 booking was recorded only, we were phoned to leave our room after the first booking. It seemed to us that the receptionist at the front desk required proper training.

I enjoyed my stay in the world’s tallest hotel. The service was great. The rooms are soo soo big I loved them. I enjoyed the pool time in the morning and it does have great views. I love the hotel very much
