It’s ok as it has a gym allowing under 18’s so my child could enjoy as well. The room was quite decent and clean. We enjoyed it very much though the price is a little bit high.

I had an incredible stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia. The hotel offers stunning views that truly capture the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The food and drink options were excellent, with a variety of delicious meals available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in a breathtaking setting.

We stayed here for one night in March 2025 and we were very pleasantly surprised by this fabulous hotel. It’s easy to miss the building on approach and it’s a real shame that the lagoon next to it is out of action but don’t let that put you off! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and the food was amazing. The shower was one of the best I’ve ever had with plenty of powerful hot water. The loo is separate and perhaps not quite as private as some might like (and although the shower has a privacy screen I am informed it doesn’t screen everything out!) We used this as a base to explore Snowdonia and the Conwy coast and will definitely be back as it was perfect for us! Thanks to the team for making our stay perfect

My wife and I have just spent a couple of nights at this hotel for a quick break. It is an ex Hilton hotel ,recently having changed hands and no doubt the new management will have ideas of their own in time but we had such a pleasant stay nonetheless. There are two things that make this hotel . Firstly the staff. I have NEVER stayed anywhere with such pleasant and helpful employees. All had a genuine smile on their faces . Beth on reception, our waiter Brad, the head chef Alex to name but a few epitomised exemplary service. They were all too happy to provide us with advice on how best to spend our time away from the hotel. Secondly, the food. Just superb - the duo of beef bourginon was a dish to behold and Alex took time out from the kitchen to come and chat to us . The spa is great. There is a charge to use it but we found it well worth it and a great way of spending a relaxing couple of hours. Yes, the hotel is unmistakenly corporate and the outward appearance could perhaps be better but don’t let that put you off. The rooms are very comfortable and we would return in a flash.

Gorgeous hotel every single member of staff was pleasant. Kara on reception is a credit to the hotel very friendly & excellent customer service. We used the spa hydrotherapy pool is small but we had a great time. Food in restaurant was excellent & a great choice. Breakfast was really nice too.

fab hotel, clean spacious quiet. Lovely spa, great massage Thanks to Brenda. All staff very friendly and helpful. Food was generally very good but varied with who was the chef that evening. Room was huge, didn't find the glazed facilities a problem. Only minor complaints no heated towel rail to dry towels or swim wear and no information booklet/guide in the room to show the hotel facilities and surrounding tourist highlights. Oh and no tomato juice at the bar! Didn't know about the exercise room or guest laundry until final day!! Well worth a return visit.

We enjoyed a fun and relaxing stay as a family. The hotel is stylish and comfortable and felt luxurious. The food is outstanding and both the food and drinks are reasonably priced. The staff are really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to welcome our little boy. We also loved our 2 hour spa.

Great location for exploring north Wales. Hotel was clean, staff all very friendly and lovely food in the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast and great cocktails. Lagoon view was big let down. Definitely not worth the extra cost. Would have rather had woodland view than giant puddle.

Pre-Christmas Break when the hotel was still under the Hilton branding. Not one of the better Hilton hotels, wasn’t aware of anything to do with the sale etc. staff not particularly helpful & the Hilton customer service even worse after I requested a part refund on the stay as the price had been reduced. Silly of me to pre-book a holiday…isn’t that what most people do?

Yet to go! I did however have a booking issue which Charlotte went above and beyond to sort for me. Rather than wait until Monday to hear back from the team, Charlotte reorganised my stay in less than an hour. This was really appreciated considering I have already booked things to do in the area.

We stayed for 1 night recently and had a very enjoyable stay. It was a treat bought for us to celebrate our Golden wedding anniversary. I had reason to call the hotel in the morning, and I spoke to Yogi, the hotel manager. During the call I mentioned our wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to a superior room, with a lagoon view. We really appreciated that kind gesture, thank you Yogi. We enjoyed the spa facility's, the dinner was exceptional, and the room very comfortable. We enjoyed our totally relaxing stay , and would highly recommend.

Me and my partner have been a couple of times and unfortunately this visit was still no greater than the last and actually maybe a little worse. Although spa area is nice, therapy pool as warm at best. But cleanliness was good. The hotel room itself was clean but the bed is awful to sleep on. If you enjoy hard clunky mattresses then this is for you. Now to the main point on why I’m writing this review. The breakfasts! Coming down to breakfast and not being greeted at all, or to even of being acknowledged. Due to low numbers in the breakfast time from, the chef was making food to order. The waiter stood talking to a couple on the other side of the room and we sat there just waiting, and waiting and…you guessed…. waiting. To the point the chef was trying to get his attention in the end behind the kitchen. The chef then comes out himself and told him that we have been sat there for quite a while. Normally I wouldn’t be bothered in a busy setting but there was only two couple in the entire restaurant and we were one of them. When the food did arrive that was sat under the heat lamp we had to go ask the waiter if we could have a food because he was nowhere to be seen. The food itself, very over done, bread was stale, pouched egg was hard, and the overall not very nice. Overall, I think it’s fair to say this shouldn’t be allowed to be served to people that are paying good money. ps. If you want a pint of Guinness, look away. They pour it in a way you would not agree with.
