Ở lại đây trong 3 đêm. Vị trí rất tuyệt. Con đường chính phía trước có thể đi bộ an toàn n*** cả vào ban đêm. Gần đó có một siêu thị tên là Target mở cửa đến 22:00. Uber sẽ đến n*** trước tầng G, nơi đặt quầy lễ tân. Sảnh đi lên một tầng bằng cầu thang bộ (hoặc thang máy). Tôi đã gửi email trước cho họ để hỏi xem họ có thể gửi hành lý của tôi cho Grand Circle Tour không. Họ giữ nó cho tôi với giá 5 đô la một ngày. Dịch vụ cà phê được cung cấp trước quầy lễ tân từ sáng sớm.

Average. Location is good but thats about it. The service is mediocre with service quite rude and unfriendly to guests. Just because you’re in Hollywood you have to tolerate it? Didn't impress me. Rooms are noisy and super small. Shower was broken for all days even after I complained a few times to front desk. The flow of water was going up and down and the tap was broken. Pool is a freak show…and dirty. Dont recommend this hotel.

The location and facilities of the hotel are excellent.

Service was excellent and definitely felt safe throughout. Hotel location extremely convenient as situated along the walk of fame. Cocktails were great. Will stay at Roosevelt Hollywood again if we ever visit LA in future!

The service wasn’t really up to the standards of such a wonderful, high end hotel. We even upgraded our room day of. They ruined our custom cake in transport from the valet to our room, despite the fact we gave them very detailed instructions. They reassured us that they’d be right up. I had to call twice to get them to bring us our luggage (and the cake) and by then a hour had gone by, and the custom decorations had melted off the cake ruining it. There was a lot of confusion on how they would make it up to us as I had to talk to three different people on the day and the day after who all told me different things. In the end, since they didn’t send us a dessert to make up for the cake they ruined and the champagne they promised was instead $150 off at the bar — thank god I called to ask where the wine was otherwise I wouldn’t have known I had the credit and would not have used it. Eventually they comped us the valet, upgrade and what they say was an extra drink we got at the bar that went over the $150 (impossible, we all made sure the math lined up) but the communication was a struggle and I did not felt appreciated as a customer.

Great historic hotel with fantastic restaurant and bar. Super location.

All the staff was nice and friendly. The place was very clean and beautiful. Great burger place down by the entrance.

非常經典、優雅美麗的地方，住宿大小在美國算是偏小。地點極佳，歷史意義會比設施的新穎度更吸引人。 不可否認的是間老旅館，但服務非常棒，房間裡的插座數目、設施都有跟上現代旅人的需求，同時也保留了有歲月痕跡的裝飾品，感覺就是很經典。 停車的話建議停在隔壁的公有停車場，24小時要價30美金，但若是停飯店一晚要75鎂。

カバナルームは、冬は外が寒くあまり意味がなかった。ブティックホテルのようで、家族連れで行く部屋ではなかった。

服務一般，但美國基本就這樣。攜程上的照片和房間實際的房型不一樣。每天有額外的35美金的destination fee，用來覆蓋Wi-Fi等費用。如果有閑錢可以住，地段不錯，建築有歷史，游泳池還可以。不然可以找性價比更高的酒店。

酒店位置非常棒 下樓就是荷里活星光大道。街對面就是杜莎夫人蠟像館和中國劇院。代客泊車和搬行李的小哥很熱情，前台也細緻介紹了酒店設施。露天泳池很熱鬧，十月初的LA天氣很舒適，很多人在曬太陽，推薦泳池吧的冰激凌，很大一份。套房房間很大很復古，客廳的沙發坐下就不想起來，卧室的床也很舒服。唯一的缺點是套房房間臨街，過車有些吵，不過透過窗户就可以欣賞熙熙攘攘的星光大道。

門口就可以停車，停車位也很多，非常nice

設施陳舊，空調聲巨大，房間裏總瀰漫著一股下水道氣息。臨街房間無法入眠。
