Never been to a hotel that didn’t have a wardrobe tall enough to hang dresses! Wardrobe was only useful for shirts, tops, skirts & trousers it was so short. Signs everywhere saying no food/drink to be purchased outside and brought into hotel - Turkish Ministry of Health regulation they stated which is a load of rubbish! We smuggled in 5.25 litre bottles of water we paid 12 lira for rather than pay 20 lira for one of their 1.1/2 litre bottles, what a rip off! The supplied tea bags, coffee etc in the room, well sort of, two teabags on arrival which were never replenished in 14 days. We used our own but had to lock them in our case so they didn’t get confiscated. Our friends had an unopened packet of peanuts in amongst their clothes in their suitcase (lack of wardrobe/drawer space) they returned to their room one day to find their belongings in their case had been rifled through and the peanuts taken! Disgusting behaviour, you should feel you can leave your belongings safely in your rooms. Safes cost £2 per day and we’re located in reception, air conditioning £5 per day - daylight robbery. Would never return and would never recommend to anyone. It was a 30 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH so basically it’s a pool holiday hotel, we walk up the fells in the Lake District every day with the dog so believe me we are used to walking so when we say 30 minutes we mean 30 minutes for active walkers. It’s supposedly a 3* hotel with Jet2 we were B&B but breakfast was extremely limited unless you wanted to pay extra for bacon etc. Everything was about paying extra at this hotel, money grabbing at its best. No comparison to our previous holiday in Turkey, less than 12 months ago, which was 4* all inclusive with TUI and only cost £80 more. The one good thing was the staff in the reception, bar & restaurant, they were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
