Beautiful hotel - Breakfast was stunning and the staff are incredibly friendly - They went above and beyond in helping us to get to get things done (on a public holiday) - Stay here!!

Muhteşem bir deneyimdi. İlave ücret almadan daha iyi bir oda verdiler. Çalışanlar çok kibardı. Kahvaltıları muazzamdı. Temizlik oldukça güzel.

Really lovely stay for 4 nights. The staff are so helpful and have a smile on their face always. Special call out to Mr. Volcan who helped us with all queries and specially in planning our trip in and around Cappadocia. I would suggest that we book hot air balloon ride through him as it was convenient and also reasonable. Thanks Volcan! The other thing to call out is the lavish breakfast spread with their in house jams and cheeses. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The bar on the rooftop was very lively when I went there on a Saturday evening. Seating is limited so book in advance but definitely seemed like one of the most happening places in all of Urgup. Also the hotel has a lot of bars and restaurants around so give it a shot. We particularly liked the coffee shop Perilatte. All in all a memorable stay in a beautiful part of Turkey

The room was comfortable, reception exceptional, the restaurant world class and the ambiance excellent We only stayed one night, but the staff arranged a taxi driver overnight to take us out to the balloons in Love Valley. My one regret is that M'Lady did not get to enjoy the spa, which one of the other tour participants rated as excellent I would definitely recomment... As a tip, go up to the roof, one flight above the bar to see a spectacular sunset and a beautiful vista..

Sweet little hotel, very clean and nice staff. The overall experience was great. The breakfast is something one has to get used to. They bring loads of plates with loads of food and then they offer you eggs any style. Wecould not eat everything. The restaurant was good, the English of the waiter a bit limited, but friendly. The spa was beatyful but the pool water was very cold. Location was good. We could walk into town and we took a taxi to see Goreme open air Museum and a few other nice places. For the balloon ride we had transport anyway.

Very good hotel, fantastic location, very very good breakfast, rooms need to be upgraded. Mr. Murad the manager is a life saver. He went out of his way to book us on another airline and flight at short notice when AJET airlines ( the worst airline ) cancelled the flight from Cappadocia to Antalya without any intimation via email or SMS. Thank you again Mr. Murad.
