The concept of the hotel is much better than other hotels in the same location. You should especially experience the spa section. The breakfast and cocktails are also yummy!

perfect service，perfect view

Probably the best hotel in all Cappadocia. You will definitely be amazed by the vibe. Despite its beauty, there are two downsides. Firstly, it does not see the balloons as it’s located in Urgup. Secondly, the breakfast is huge and the food you cannot finish directly goes to waste as they do not allow take out. We will definitely come again.

the place is fascinating and very well maintained. the service provided by the staff is very prompt and friendly. the facilities in the hotel is very beautiful.

A wonderful hotel, astonishing attention to details, you feel like a medieval prince wandering in your castle. Good personnel and a very nice breakfast. Absolutely recommend.

Strong safety issue in this hotel! We were 2 girls staying at this hotel and a man tried to break into our room around 00:40am and his key were able to unlock and lock our room! Fortunately, we remembered to put a safety chain that night(usually I forget), so he wasn’t able break in at last. I have no idea why someone else could have a key to our room. He locked the room from outside, so we weren’t able to open our door in the morning. We had to call reception to give them our key from a window then opened the door from outside. We escalated this issue to the hotel and they said they will investigate and sent me an email. I never receive anany email about explanation or investigations regarding this issue.

很有特色的酒店，老房子，內部裝飾很復古。別有特色。早餐擺盤一大堆，雖然都是配菜。讓人感覺住在一個城堡裏

酒店是一家古城堡改的，比爾蓋斯也去過，但是這個服務人員，不知道是不是不喜歡華人，有一對年輕的男女非常熱情！！！
