A very pleasant stay at the hotel in Derby. The check in service was very efficient and the corridors and room were very clean.

下午3點可辦入住。房間、衞生間面積大，但與房間比窗户小、對面是樓中其他房間的窗户沒有視野，窗户被鎖死無法打開，聯繫前台，説酒店所有窗户都打不開，但因為有換氣設施，住着沒有憋悶的感覺。床舒適乾淨。WiFi速度慢。位置靠近市中心，步行30分鐘到火車站。酒店服務態度差，預付款住3晚，因家中有急事，衹住了兩晚，多次與酒店協商，酒店不給退剩下1晚的預付房費。

酒店設施很新，入住的感覺很好，很安靜不吵，酒店的早餐非常豐盛，服務人員的態度讓人覺得很舒服，下次還會再入住

The breakfast here is delicious and staff (Charlotte and Rylan) are polite and very helpful. I had vegan bacon and sausages cooked especially. The children love the breakfast too and feel very welcome. The toaster was slow and not very effective but everything else was great.

Great hotel very central,rooms are good staff are good food is delicious always a pleasure to stay here a short walk to the city centre and cathedral a nice walk along the river to pride park home of derby county football club a good choice of hotel.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfy I would stay here again and very clean room and nice and warm and the staff at breakfast was very nice and helpful so I stay was very nice highly recommended stay here thank you very much and it was clean everywhere

Clean rooms and good atmosphere. Received a warm welcome at breakfast from Charlotte and colleague! Lovely selection of yogurts, fruit, cereal, granola and a cooked breakfast (full English)! The staff were even kind enough to turn down the music for my husband and I as it was a bit loud for us. With this attention to detail, we would definitely come back 100%!

What can I say about Premier Inn Riverlights Derby? Well I can say excellent. Staff always so friendly, always a smile & fall over themselves to help. Rooms are spotless & comfortable. If you need a place to stay in Derby I highly recommend them.

Absolutely disgusted with my treatment as a disabled person!!!! The food was dry and made me ill when i am never sick. The staff were so rude and promised i had a bath and lied to make me pay over the phone and even on arrival lied and said i had a bath just to make me pay and stay there!!!!! I cant stand in a shower im disabled.

Please may I commend the staff who are named Danni, JP and Joe For their professionalism and care. I have visited this Premier on a few occasions and firstly Joe is a Donnett on the eggs without a frown she delivers well. JP is attentive, and caring and has excellent service delivery. Danni is everything staff should have, friendly, warm, supportive whilst being professional . My family enjoyed their stay and we would certainly come again

Lovely hotel with some lovely staff like Rylan and Samara at breakfast this morning. Hotel nice and quiet and clean. Pay to have river review otherwise you'll just be looking at other windows apart from that all good. Oh and the instructions on how to operate the lifts are INSIDE the lift when really it should be on the wall by the card scanner and button - NO point in this information been inside the lift after you have figured it our !!!! Also no car parking here but there is a under ground car park further down the road.

This was the second time to stay here,and again it didn't disappoint, the hotel is very clean and so is the room, we had a meal on the first night, a very good value meal deal of a two course meal and a drink for £16.00, we also had a breakfast here and joined by some friends, unlimited either continental or cooked breakfasts, our friends were so impressed that they are going to call in for breakfast when they are in town next time, the staff at the premier are just so lovely, especially Ellie and rylan and the breakfast cooked by jo was everything it should be. The only down side was the room was quite warm and you couldn't open a window,but apart from that, the whole stay was really good.
