Nó gần nhà ga, phòng sạch sẽ và trang trí nội thất giống như Nara. Tôi nghĩ rằng đó là một giá trị rất tốt cho tiền khách sạn.

Khách sạn này là một trong những khách sạn tốt nhất ở Nhật Bản về nhiều mặt. Vị trí tuyệt vời - chỉ gần ga JR JR. Cơ sở giặt là tốt nhất. Trong nhà tắm tại nhà - thật thư giãn và nó cung cấp kem miễn phí cho đến nửa đêm. Các giường là rất thoải mái. Nhân viên là siêu chuyên nghiệp.

Tôi rất hài lòng với khách sạn, tôi đi du lịch một mình ở Nara, môi trường tự nhiên rất tốt, có hươu nai ở khắp mọi nơi, tôi rất thư giãn và thoải mái, phòng rộng rãi thoải mái, thái độ phục vụ rất tốt.

Beautiful hotel 3 mins walk from JR Nara station. The hotel has an amazing natural spring Onsen and free ice block after the bath!

The hotel locate just beside Nara station, bus terminal is also steps away, very convenient. The room size is very comfortable. Staffs are all friendly and handle check in fast. Check out is via self service machine which took only 2 mins. Every floor has facility room with auto laundry machine, oven and etc, which is very helpful for multiple days stay. Breakfast has various choices while tastes average to me. Overall a very satisfied stay and thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.

Hotel is close to train station and there are shops around. Bedroom is good. Breakfast is normal. The spa pool is a little bit too small.

Next to the JR station, walking 5 mins only. Very clean room and spacious for Japan hotel. Bed and blanket is comfy!

Pretty new and clean, just 3 mins walk from JR west exit. Spacious resting and changing area for public bath so comparatively the pool seems not big enough.

Very nice hotel，but service is not OK. Maybe I should say”bad”. We booked 1 room with 3 beds for 3 people, due to the booking system could input only 2 names, we have 1 person’s name missing. The 2 ladies in the front desk of the hotel told that we need to pay extra JPN 3900 for the additional bed. Or, we could only have 2 beds for 3 people. I said no, because it’s included in the room charge, we paid already. The ladies have no will to help us to solve the problem, but very interested in charging more. Try to imagine, will 2 people book 3 beds room for 2 beds? why don’t people book a same type standard room to save some money? Please contact with your agent to fix your booking system. Finally a gentleman of the hotel helped to negotiate,and we could live here. The room is really nice and clean. But the service is the worst I’ve ever seen in Japan.

Excellent service and facilities. Good location near the JR Nara station. The room size is ok though not very spacious. There are paid laundry service and hot spring provided.
