Thank you for making our stay at Barsana comfortable and special. I would like to say my special thanks to Tarun & Ganesh. The bed decoration made by them was wonderful and made our stay more memorable. We enjoyed our stay at Barsana. Thank u once again team Barsana.

Stayed 13th to 14th May 2024 , 3 Rooms As everywhere it is known first experience is the best experience but my Experience in Barsana is very bad with Front Office Team, I booked with Agoda for 6 adults and 1 kid but by mistake room is booked for 3 adults 3 rooms. My brother requested them to give rooms key till agoda reverts back or else I will pay the amount they asked for 3000 rs in the morning but they denied to give me the key , issues was more we travelled for 7 hours and for with females and kids. my question is when I already paid for 3 rooms for 3 adults they would have allowed atleast 3 person if not 6 but they denied. why after paying Rs 9100 they have not given me the Key. I never been to any star hotel which ask complete payments before checkin, advance is still ok even I paid for 3 rooms and. 3 adults but this hotel asked 100% of Rs 3000 payments to give me a key for extra 3 person. it was very embarassing situation while travelling with a family almost waited for 1 hours to get the key only after Agoda replied to pay 500 person + GST to be paid for each extra person. after getting a room mosquitos not allowed to sleep in the night due to early morning checked out stayed only for 8 hours paid almost 11k for 3 rooms. Overall ambience of Hotel ,food , rooms ambience , Location , staff in Restaurent was very good.

The hotel/resort is pretty nice with a lot of great ambience and cool outdoors. However few things which require improvements:
1) staff behaviour/courtesy - they are very bland and not helpful at all for small things like turning on a tv or keeping a check or bill for checkout time. 2) the interiors do require a replenishment as there are cracks and damages which you can see. My door lock was damaged, and it could have been a cause for some unwanted incidence. 3) the pool area and other amenities are in a different building and to reach there at night time, you need to get out of the gate and go via a foot bridge. Considering the status, pricing and star rating, these things should definitely be looked upon otherwise its a pretty cool nice stay.

Decent hotel little far from city centre. Good spacious rooms. Good food and courteous staff. Was there for 1 night only as a business traveller. Internet was not working which was not expected. Hotel serves veg only which is unique and i wanted so.

I recently had a disappointing stay. The rooms were incredibly small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, the management seemed disorganized and unresponsive to guests' needs. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that i wouldn't recommend to others.

Barsana Resort is located on the road leading to Mirik ( & Darjeeling too) almost at the outskirts of Siliguri. It is relatively closer to Bagdogra airport than other major hotels. It is a 3 star property which provides 4 star amenities. There is a swimming pool, spa, gym and ample parking too. Rooms are well appointed and come with a shower cubicle and a bathtub. Housekeeping is top notch, the staff however lacks flair. The main restaurant is veg only. They have a non-veg restaurant in an adjacent building connected by a skywalk. Food quality is among the best in town. A very good recommendation for tourists as well as business travellers.

We found last minute deal to stay overnight at barsana hotel before our flight next morning. We were 3 people and stayed in premium room that we have got for about inr 3600 for a night (room only). We found room very cozy and aesthetically designed. The room is very comfortable for 2 guests but slightly cramped after a third bed. But we did not mind as we were there only for a night. In room facilities were as mentioned on mmt. We had our dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. They have a good range of options and whatever we ordered, it was delicious - slightly over-priced, though. Staff was helpful and pleasent. Overall very nice stay at the last day of our sikkim trip.

The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and is a well maintained property with great food. The rooms are big and spacious and the staffs are courteous. It’s value for money and will definitely stay in this hotel if i visit siliguri again.
