Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Hotel rooms was clean, and modern! Amenities in the hotel were solid as well (restaurants, pool, gym, bar, etc)

Liked proximity to airport.
$16/night self park is too expensive. Luggage carts too small and too few. Breakfast was poor. Room had damaged window coverings and there was no cookware to use on induction cooktop.

Place needs a deep clean before it’s gets worse. Detail cleaning is it needs. Am surprised management hasn’t seen it.

Overall my stay at Element was nice, though having to pay for parking in a wide open self-parking lot is not customer friendly. The room was nice and large (suite) with a full kitchen. It is nice to have the bar and restaurant on site and the food I ate was pretty tasty. They should add Chardonnay to their wine offerings!

The hotel is well maintained and the staff, with the exception of a very rude young man, were very helpful.
I would recommend this hotel to those flying out of Dallas Love Field - the shuttle was great.

I have spent thousands of dollars at Element and I'm so disappointed. I broke out in hives after my second night only to find the right comforter was brown in the sunlight. I reported it to the manager who promised to get back to me and never did. I booked through ******* and they attempted to get partial or full refund and were denied.
