We are loyal supporters of the Marriott Bonvoy Group, especially the Sheraton Brand. Hence we looked forward to our first visit at this hotel. We were politely greeted by the front of house, upon arrival. Luke Liu was polite and greeted us in English, unfortunately not willing or able to add us to WeChat for ease of communication. The Hotel is quite literally in the middle of nowhere, and there are no amenities nearby. Transport to and from the hotel, is extremely costly, and not reliable. Thus, if you are reliant on public transport such as Didi or Taxi, perhaps, strongly reconsider visiting this circluded hotel. The room upon initial impact looked good. The bathtub is spacious and of high quality, however, the hot water was not hot at all. To make matters worse, the bathtub was leaking, and that spoiled the experience. In all honesty, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. The SPA that's advertised on Trip.com is no longer in use (yet, still being advertised). There is a massage service on the second floor, which is operated by a third party. I can strongly recommend this service, the lady was most courteous and professional, and provided a superb service. The Swimming Pool area was utterly disappointing, the "kiddies pool", did not have warm water, not warm enough at least. This area is also not well lit, and the facilities seem ailing. We were on time for dinner, at the Feast Signature Restaurant "Western Style". The food was delicious, the variety was relatively good, considering the ratio of clientele. Dinner and Breakfast, was good, and definitely what you would expect from the Sheraton Brand. Check inn and Check out, was prompt. Although the Restaurant and Independent Spa did not disappoint. I doubt that we will ever return to this branch, it's simple not worth it. Unless you happen to travel to the area for a specific reason, other than staying over at the hotel, don't bother.

Very good price for an excellent experience. The location is a bit odd but will become relevant once Dachang develops further. Soft beds and well appointed rooms. Friendly and professional service. Will come back.

感覺一定要評論點啥，這是五星級的喜來登嗎？但是我真的很無語： 首先是停車難。酒店門口有停車位，數量也還可以，我們晚上五點多到的，不算晚，但是沒有地方停車了，保安讓我們繞到酒店後面，我們也不知道情況，繞了一圈也沒有，又回到酒店樓前，保安説就是要停到樓後的大馬路上…然後走過來，大冷天，黑布隆冬的…樓門前的臨停車位不少，不讓停，説明天有劇組什麼的要留…但是明明就是有車停着呢！氣死！這要是王府井我也就不説啥了，您這裏這麼大地方，沒法停車？不規劃停車，讓客人大黑天拖着行李走好幾百米…無語至極！ 然後入住，酒店沒有小童圍欄，這個都好説，但是這個洗澡的也是絕了，頂噴一打開，水都是從頂噴與牆之間的大縫子裏出來的，感覺再開一會頂噴就要掉下來了，花灑也是一打開水挺大的，然後調到熱水立馬就就是小細水了…然後就是枕頭巨高，睡了一覺頭暈…床軟…電視小…窗簾破大洞…最最最無語的是酒店配的梳子，八百年前不到透明塑料梳子…現在我不知道還有什麼酒店還在用…震驚到我了！ 酒店的工作人員態度都很好，就是用很好的態度和你不停的説對不起… 總而言之，我沒覺得我住的是五星級的酒店！真是開了眼了，喜來登的水平震驚我了！不會再住，也不會推薦！

京東性價比不錯的酒店，去通州非常方便。自駕過檢查站也比較快。周邊也有好幾個公園，環境不錯。停車方便，但高峯時可能得停到側面小路上。房間符合品牌定位，健身房不錯。行政酒廊比較簡單，衹能解決最基本用餐，人多時還得等菜。

第一次入住，雖然裝修老舊，但該有的品質還是有的，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員很熱情友善，前台劉美麗幫忙辦理的入住，服務超好！很耐心的介紹了温泉地址及營業時間，再三囑咐我們記得拿票，很負責任！推薦推薦

每一次來廊坊出差都必住潮白河喜來登，住了就不想走，飯菜好吃，房間安靜，泳池潔凈，服務到位，國慶中秋旅遊首選

酒店挺好的，雖然酒店開業好多年了，但是整體維護還不錯，周圍環境也不錯，酒店配套的泳池在頂樓不在地下，這點好評，另外員工的服務也不錯，尤其感謝前台sammy很熱情的為我們介紹了酒店的設施設備和營業時間，以後如果有出現，還會選擇這裏

一看是喜來登，二話不説掏錢入住，我的媽呀，村鎮氣息撲面而來，前台姑娘們就不能略微捯飭一下嗎？ 我想要兩個一次性紙杯，前台姑娘説：“餐廳才有，而且收費的。”這小家子氣純純拉滿；面龐感受最好的還是房嫂大姐，雖不在酒店服務的最前沿，但這個大姐既漂亮又態度好； 環境哪裡是五星的配置，太差了，陳舊不堪。衞生間淋浴間四周臟兮兮，馬桶是鬆動的，往起一站覺得馬桶晃一下。2013年開業，但顯然這些年維護也差。早餐樣式也不是五星的標準，湊合吃吧。 總體感覺，這個北方縣城的五星級喜來登，體驗感太差。

房間很大，景觀很好，泳池和健身中心都超棒，就是外幕牆做些清理就更好了

酒店前台服務態度很差勁，真的不知道哪裡來的是否有被培訓過，一個萬豪集團旗下的酒店有如此差勁的前台真是令人懷疑。 前台問的問題真是跟檢查站，不像是前台像是在審問人，酒店東西老舊，真的不知道為什麼能算萬豪集團的酒店，睡到半夜耳邊全是蚊子叫聲，進房間打了好幾個噴嚏，房間裏面灰塵是真的多！！請看以下圖片，一晚上被咬的！

住過性價比最高的喜來登酒店。自助餐性價比也超高。周圍很多公園。Gladys服務態度很好，細緻耐心。

酒店前台非常沒禮貌，素質很差！辦個入住特別慢問東問西跟查户口一樣，要出示手機給他看真是無語死了，住個酒店如此麻煩，這個前台一點都不尊重人這個酒店服務很差，特別前台非常沒有禮貌素質很差，不光服務不好，房間也很乾燥，空調很響，睡到半夜空調居然停了，房間跟設施真的也是很差勁，難道這是省點嗎？ 特別是衞生不知道是不是床單沒洗，還是不換！住了一晚上身上過敏，反應了酒店，酒店也毫無反應，真是我住過最差勁的一家酒店！！！接連的遭遇，問題多，而且服務、衞生非常差勁！！！再也不會來了！

酒店設施不錯，有小童樂園，泳池，酒店外面還有個私人的大小童樂園，適合帶娃，但是自助晚餐一般，團購價格還算比較便宜，想吐槽就是前台辦理入住太慢了，每個人都要15分鐘+遇到的辦入住最慢的酒店，沒有之一
