Lovely wooden accents, clean appliances, and speedy check in. Very spacious room and a really nice hotel overall. Great location in Cuenca.

Me alojé una noche y no puedo decir nada negativo. Habitación limpia y espaciosa, baño limpio y con todo lo imprescindible, cerca del centro de la ciudad

El personal excelente, muy amables. Les fallo que nos recomendaron un rest que estaba cerrado por reformas. La habitación funcional, el colchón excelente para el descanso , las almohadas demasiadas blandas . El baño con algunos azulejos dañados. La cafetería esta bien para tomar algo y si se quiere desayunar algo más ligero que el bufett, Como hacia buen tiempo la terraza de la misma muy agradable

酒店在昆卡市中心，門口就是城市花園。步行走到老城大教堂和懸屋大約1公里。老城區禁止非註冊居民車輛駛入，會自動拍攝罰款。周圍路邊有很多付費停車位，晚8到早9是免費停車。前台服務熱情，房間寬大舒適。餐廳也是對外開放的，很不錯。

Hotel limpio y bien ubicado, parking de pago en el hotel, y zona azul en los alrededores. Se puede aparcar gratis en la zona del polideportivo que hay cerca. La única pega: las cisternas del baño son muy ruidosas

Está a 15 minutos de la catedral. Muy buena situación del hotel y muy confortable.

Good facilities and room, great location, secure parking provided with charges. Great view from the room, all basic amenities provided and quite a decent hotel to stay in the town, accessible to the attractions and easy to find the hotel

Hotel was clean but a bit dated. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Room ventilation did not work. No parking as advertised.

Quirky old business hotel with a great staff. Not in the old town of Cuenca, however the walk up the hill is doable. Nice breakfast, towels and a quiet room. Time warp in a good way.

Reception staff excellent checking in and out. Good room very clean nice stay. Breakfast very good unfortunately the kitchen didn't open till 20.30 so did not have an evening meal as too late for us to eat a large meal. We did hear one of the staff comment they have to turn people away that want to eat before 20.30. We saw six people turned away at 19.30. Parking is essential for us so we always book and the hotel has parking but it's limited. Terrace very busy on Sunday with locals but service was good however Monday was different very quiet and poor service. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Excellent position for exploring Cuenca sights. Lovely Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff especially the girl that looked after our room. Room had fabulous view over the park. Breakfast good and cafe food in evening was also very good. Convenient parking for our motorcycle.

Lovely Hotel in a great position in Cuenca. Visit the old town because it is spectacular. Lots of local people ate at the hotel so we knew the food would be good and it was. Staff were very helpful. Very little English was spoken in Cuenca so I would suggest iTranslate on the iPhone! worked great for us. Hotel rooms were comfortable and air conditioned mini bar well stocked. Very good hotel.

Good hotel, superb lady on reception, all other staff great. Carparking on site, close to the town centre and the bus stop to the old town, 2 minor issues, no coffee making facilities and breakfast, like most hotels, a tad expensive. We ate in the bar, big portions and decent quality

It started when we checked the lady on reception, didn't get her name, took great care to explain all about the old town, how to get there and what to see. Wish every hotel had someone so good. Our room, a basic one, was extremely clean, with a large bathroom and super king size bed, one little drawback no kettle, but no issue. We ate in the first night, wild boar burger excellent flavour and the chips were super, but it was extremely large and neither of us could finish, all washed down with a good value bottle of red. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, but like most hotels overpriced in our opinion. Overall a great place to stay,
