Excellent service from the team. Still lacking amenities. Pool table, pool and gym and spa treatment like the city hotels. Other than that a great meeting place Breakfast nice and fulfilling

This is a nice hotel in the middle of East Croydon. The location is great and easy to travel to and from. Kieron, at the from desk is amazing. Always willing to help when necessary. The room is nice and clean and has plenty of space.

The reception staff were lovely. Room was a good size. The beds are amazing! I ended up oversleeping. The down sides were the water pressure and ventilation system. The hot water in the sink had a very slow flow and the show pressure was poor. The ventilation system did not work, however a portable heater was provided. The only problem with that was if it got too hot, there was no way of cooling the room. Besides all of that I would stay here again.

A nice hotel at reasonable price near London. It would take 15 minutes to get to the centre of London by train. The hotel was situated between East Croydon station and West Croydon station, with 10 minutes walk to either station. There is a shopping centre at the opposite of the hotel. Lots of eateries nearby. The atmosphere there was relaxing and safe. The staff was nice, amenities were adequate. It is recommended in general.

The place is excellent The downside was the shower and room temp regulator. However, upon reporting to the hotel management, they quickly resolved the issue and were very generous to us. Would go back again. A massive thank you to Brooke.

Used this as a stay away from home so I am local to the area but this was a perfect and comfortable trip with helpful staff will stay again with the train station 2mins away

I am the kids liked the hotel. Right behind Whitgift Centre. Close to restaurants and buses. Good value for money.

Fantastic room, service and location! The staff were helpful in providing recommendations. Super clean, very comfy bed spacious room and bathroom we would not hesitate to come back! Leonardo hotel contributed to a fab birthday weekend, I cannot fault it. Thanks for a great stay x
