Disgusting, rooms pictures are not exact and also they’re asking for extra money to get the same room seen online, Also don’t have any facilities

Restaurant cashier Mr.Osman behaviour is excellent. He is very much professional. Others restaurant staff behaviour also good. Food quality is also good. Requesting for increasing more staff for the restaurant services. You can provide the a cup of tea after the lunch. It is also including the lunch.

Can’t say only one or two item were great but Each and every item was was so good and tasteful we finished from the start to the last pieces. I tasted omelet and my wife had over medium easy. It was excellent. We had a chance to meet chef “Enamur Huzur and Rafia who introduced to us. I really appreciate and best wishes to all of you.

Room service was good, buffet breakfast was excellent and staff behavior was fine! Chef Rafia was very friendly and food taste was very good. Room cleanliness was good. In breakfast I enjoyed most if the items specially chicken and egg fries.

The breakfast is amazing specially the chef at the egg counter rafia is very polite and makes the best cheese omelettes!! The rooms are also very comfortable and value for money. Always love to stay here whenever i am in cox bazar. Looking for to come again.

Really it was excellent, specially Mr. Osman Goni take care us, Hotel manager Mr. Razi & Chef behave us nicely, it was excellent, fabulous experience! I will recommend all my colleague friends to take this experience, thanks to all! We will visit again!!

The most tasty and yummy dinner served by the food and beverage manager Mr. Osman going! A very great hospitality from Mr. Osman couples with yummy koral fish, loita fry and prawn masala!! Reasonable prices, great service and hospitality make the dinner really enjoyable!

It was a great stay at Best Western. Everything about the hotel was very good. We could see the sea view from our room. We enjoyed our two days very much. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and Chef Taslima's hand-made scrambled eggs and cheese made me happy. InshaAllah, I will come to Best Western again.she is looking good
