A very overwhelming and professional service. Amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere. Comprising a roof top swimming pool, spa and gym. The location is very close to the beach. Very clean. Excellent. Loved it with my family.

The accommodations were satisfactory; the room was clean. The view was unremarkable, and the service was adequate.

Disgusting, rooms pictures are not exact and also they’re asking for extra money to get the same room seen online, Also don’t have any facilities

Unfortunately food was not good according to my taste. Rather expensive too!

The food was really good. Master chef & Chef Rafia’s cooking skills were top notch. Both of them greeted us a warm welcome in the morning & also made sure we were happy with the food. Room services and other facilities were amazing as well. Highly recommend hotel whether you are visiting with family or work. Enjoy!

The Room service was excellent and the complimentary break fast was great. Chef Rafia was great on her service. The hotel was close to dolphin sqaure which is very near to beach. We have passed a great time visiting Coxs bazar. We will difinetly come here next year.

My friend chosen best western heritage from online promotion.. this second time our Cox's bazar trip. This time we enjoyed our train journey.. overall staff of this hotel are highly professional and maintain getting.our room was clean and disinfectan.breakfast has large item and Mr babul assis is during our breakfast.

When I went to the hotel, I saw that someone—I’m not sure if he was the manager—was there. I sat down with him to discuss a program, but his attitude was quite surprising. He put his hand in his pocket and gave me a certain look. There was no way to have a polite conversation with him; he seemed to be in a hurry and showed no interest in talking. As a manager, his behavior was extremely unprofessional.
