C’était mon premier voyage Conakry. Grâce à ONOMO HÔTEL je me suis senti chez moi. Bonne continuation. Cependant, j’étais un tout petit peu gêné par la nécessité d’activer ma carte à tout moment. Cela a occasionné bcp de va-et-vient de ma chambre à la réception. Même le jour de mon départ j’ai passé plus de 10mn devant ma porte 2020 avant que solution ne soit réglé. Cependant, j’ai été très ravi et heureux d’avoir passé mon séjour dans votre hôtel.

房間裏很潮濕，住了十來天就換了一次床單被罩，還是我要求的，否則每天不換。設施非常簡陋，就一條起毛巾一瓶水，其他全無。泳池和早餐還挺好

公共服務設施較好，，但房間較小，無吹風機，拖鞋，毛布，一個抽水馬桶是壞的，告訴過總枱也沒修好

今回、普段とは違うホテルに泊まってみました。 朝食などは、普通かなって感じです。 部屋に、ポットやカップがなく、頼んでポットを持って来て貰いましたが、壊れていて使えませんでした。

沒有接機服務，屬於不信譽行為。

吃的不行，也很貴

I landed and took the apartment, It has a nice-sized room, they have a good lobby area with an ATM inside and their staff is nice. The room was clean but the bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty and I had to make them change it after a long flight which was a headache but they did it. the bar area is good they have a big screen for matches and news. and the buffet is OK. Internet connection is decent in the propertyy.

I have visited in this hotel in 09th may 2023 for business travel and I will check out from this hotel on 03rd June 2023, but this hotel service is very poor, his staff behaviour is so rude and arrogant, The hotel staff and his manger is no response for your query and behave like he has been paid for my room charges, I suggested to people don't visit this hotel, I have already escalated to my travel team for this hotel service, but hotel team also not responding over call or mail.

I was on a work trip for 5 nights and this place was a good place to go back to after a long day of work. Very comfortable rooms with sea view. The internet was pretty decent most of the time. The menu was very diverse food was excellent and the staff very helpful and nice. Only minus is that there is zero atmosphere as the restaurant, bar and the lobby are all in the same area and there is a huge screen showing live news non stop or football matches. Exceptional value for money.

Awful. Don't expect a warm welcome at check in. Expect a 20 minute wait for a coke in restaurant. Our dinner, when it arrived (after an hour at least) comprised 4 small pieces of beef in gravy, a small amount of fries, and no veggies at all. Breakfast was an improvement on the dinner, though the juices seem to be made from powder? Rooms resemble a war bunker. It is considerably worse than the Bamako Onomo. I expect that many hotels in Conakry suffer from the same issues.......

Attention ! C’est hôtel est un vrai attrape pigeon ! Ils vous chargent la carte de crédit sans aucune raison et des sommes astronomique !! J’ai été chargé 1700 EUR sans aucune raison ce sont des escroc et quand je demande un remboursement ils me disent qu’ils sont en train de voir et 0 reponse. Le staff et la réception est de mèche aussi ! Elle reçoit une commission à chaque vol !!

L'hôtel risulta poco organizzato, ogni giorno dovevo chiedere di mettere due asciugami, invece l hotel ne da solo uno. Nel piano si registrano perdite di acqua. Durante la colazione eri obbligato ad prenderti le posate.

Très bon hôtel sur Kaloum. Très calme avec insonorisation efficace par rapport à d’autres hôtel. Proche de la mer avec certaine humidité mais largement tolérable. Buffet petit déjeuner plutôt bon et resto sympa (un conseil commander votre plat en avance avant de vous mettre à table)

L'atout de cet hôtel est son positionnement au bord de mer même si vision de la mer réduite (architecturalement, il eut mieux valu positionner les parties bar et restauration avec vue du mer plutôt que côté parking) . Les chambres sont classiques ONOMO c'est à dire espace raisonné, raisonnable, distribution (sanitaires, douche, lavabo) particulière. L'intérêt est d'avoir une chambre avec balcon et vue sur mer: pas facile: selon l'humeur et surtout le caractère de la personne à la réception, on vous dit "ya pas" ou "ok". A la réception justement, on a des gens trés cordiaux et efficaces d'autres plus "robots" peu souriants et dont le discours, sans doute appris en formation, est, dès le début et de manière rébarbative, "vous comptez payer comment ?", "M. X la direction nous demande un versement de votre part", etc.. Pénible. Au niveau restauration, le buffet est bien, fois 1, correct fois 2, lassant fois 3, ras le bol fois 4. Car toujours la même chose. Et un peu cher quand même. Qui plus est, c'est tout ou rien: pas de possibilité comme parfois ailleurs plat/dessert, Entrée/Dessert, Entrée/plat avec tarifs ajustés. A la carte, le service peut être long, long, long mais à cause sans doute d'un sous effectif. Autres critiques toujours dues au savoir-faire, savoir faire de certaines personnes à la réception: omission mobilisation d'opérateurs pour des problèmes techniques en chambre, omission de mobilisation de la navette pour accueil à aéroport (on va me reconnaître mais c'est la première fois où l'on me dit "on envoie la navette quand l'avion arrive !!". Sachant la spécificité des déplacements à Conakry, c'est ubuesque. Il demeure que l'ambiance reste froide et peu attentionnée quand bien même certains personnels sont professionnels.
