It has the best location, near a bus stop, walking distance to skye tower, Britomart station, albert park, Auckland fish market, viaduct and a lot more. I ended up not using my train card. They have a very friendly staff at reception. As for the housekeeping, was not happy because they just fixed my bedsheets, throw trash but did not vacuum the floor and clean the toilet room.

Good location. Shopping centres and eateries are all nearby.

Quiet good except its so high up the road. Really nice view of sky tower though.

lovely time, very central close to shops, they let us check in early however it did mean that something was missed in the fridge that made the room smell but they were lovely and removed it straight away

Room was a bit dated but for the price all good. Breakfast was unfortunately cold and not particularly appetizing.

I used to stay here before. For me this room was smaller than my previous room. Not bad tho. I like a reception she always be nice with me and tried to help me. The location is good coz it’s on queen st but you have to walk up to little hill just a little bit

Pleasantly surprised. Good value for money. Disappointed that there was no proper access from the car parking directly into the hotel which meant dragging the luggage up & down steep roadways

Very clean. Loved how big the bathroom is, and the bed was super comfortable! Price was decent, considering how last minute we booked and how close to everything the hotel was situated. Parking was a little tight but just grateful they had parking! All in all, it was a great stay for us. Wish we stayed long enough to try out the breakfast and bar, but there’s always next time! Would definitely book there again!

Good for short stay. Location is okay and close to Sky Tower. Lots of parking, but expensive than Sydney. Nice and quiet area.
