Good location to explore the city center of Cologne. Although the rooms are rather small, they possess all necessities, are very clean and perfect for a short stay. Beds are good and breakfast is more than OK. Underground parking possibilities which is a plus. Overall a hotel I can recommend.

Nothing fancy, nothing unnecessary in the room, but a few more towels could have been better. Very clean rooms. I didn't have the breakfast, but checked it and seen that it is just like the rooms, nothing fancy nothing much. The downside of the hotel is that it is not that close to the city center, I was expecting it to be at the heart of the city. And if it was, it could have been a perfect choice. But it is still worth the money.

It was a nice if a small room, however it seemed like the air conditioner wasn't working properly, had to keep the window open 24/7 in January.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, staff helpfulness and the available facilities/amenities. The hotel's location enabled you to walk or access public transport to all the main attractions. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and it was spotless. My husband however indicated adding a kettle and tea would helpful alongside a/c for those that become warm at night.

My friends and I very much enjoyed staying one night in this hotel. It’s got some nice decorations and design. Rooms are modern and up to date. Comfortable bedding. A bit disappointed in the breakfast buffet (15,90€ per person) selection and seating area… wouldn’t recommend it. Lounge area for evening drink is nice!

I stayed with my partner. Hotel in a good location that was the best part. No kettle and water in the rooms no phone as well.Each time we paid 6 Euros to the bar and bought tea. Even the smallest hotels had water and kettle but here is the disappointment !!A hotel that has nothing to do with hospitality. Bartender was really rude (man bearded without hair) When we checked out of the hotel, the reception team didn't even look at us. I won't come for the second time. I do not recommend the anyone.

Unfortunately I made a reservation for one week. One day (Monday) there wasn´t water, another day (Thursday) not electricity (they told me that it will be just during one hour but it was a lie) and I got up in the morning with hard noises from works in the hotel. The solution that the Manager gave me was to change to another hotel. I asked for some kind of compensation but they told me "no" because all that was necessary for the hotel. And the comfort of the guest, who has paid, is not "necessary"? They didn´t show any empathy with the client, they don´t care about your comfort, it is what they proved to me. In another hotel they wouldn´t treat you like that.
