Ein Typisches Motel. Wir waren zu Dritt mit einem Bettsofa. Wir mussten dieses selber einbetten. Das Zimmer war ok und hatte soweit alles. Auch eine kleine Küche (ohne Herd) war cool zu haben. Das Motel liegt zwischen zwei Strassen und zum Strand sind es 3 bis. 4 Minuten. Wir waren 1 Nacht. Der Preis ist verglichen mit anderen Hotels die wir hatten eher hoch für Clearwater Verhältnisse ok

This hotel is an updated old-school motel that is situated among the newer high-rises. The updates to the rooms included tiled wood floors, kitchenettes and cool painted colors. Great location across the street from the beach. Pool was nice and service was great!

The pictures you see online are completely fake. Very different when you arrive. The lady in the office we dealt with on 3/4 at 930 pm upon our arrival was rude and very unprofessional. I will NEVER book that place again!!!

The front desk cletk was not friendly was a bit stand-offish. The layout in room was awkward. Definitely too much light coming through the blinds at night. Very bright light from the front door from lights from the property and very bright lights coming througj bedroom window from property lights. The room was clean on the surface.

Although the place is old it was fairly well kept. some of the furniture needs replaced and the carpeting definitely needs replaced. The carpet felt damp aw wrlk as the bed sheets humdity was not well controlled.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Clearwater Beach for a couple of days and preferred not to spend an arm and leg to stay close to the beach. The Pelican Point Hotel was available and looked spacious, close to the beach and clean. We were very plesantly suprised when we arrived!
The person who checked us in was exceptional. I didn't have high expectiations, but the room was very clean and had lots of space. Our room had a partial view and the beach was a short walk across the street. I highly recommend!

Only one car can park on the property per room. Toilet backed up into the bath tub. place seemed pretty run-down. Not coming back

A big hotel was being built next door so you can imagine how much noise was heard during the day. I didn’t know ******* would tell you about anything you need to know like a building being built next door or noise from a restaurant that had dumpsters being filled at the end of business day about midnight.

Great property and fantastic value in a fairly busy section near the main beach.
The staff are very nice and accommodating.
Exactly what we needed for reading week getaway in Clearwater!
I would definitely come back again and recommend to others in a heartbeat!
