Good place, good location. Easy to find and good service. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Some of them spoke English which made things easiers. The hotel is close by a lake and is walking distance to other streets. Rooms are clean and kept well.

the room is very spacious, and has a lovely view. If you go downstairs, there's someone who can help you find activities to do in Qiandaohu. The reception area is really good. They are more than friendly and willing to adjust your check out time.

it’s a nice hotel with good value for money to spend a nice weekend exploring around the lake town and close by sights. if you’re looking for a resort this is not it. but I would come here again!

Had a great stay, the location is near perfect and the room clean and well kept.

It’s a fast check in by manager Zhang and being selected to be upgrade to lake view room . The hotel staff provide great hospitality and atmosphere are great . They serve FREE in-room breakfast and the waitress Xiao Yu and house keeping staff stretch further miles on the services to provide us sanitary pads when the surprise nature called …. Keep up the great hospitality and will be coming back again

Excellent hotel as always. Room smells good, the sheets are clean, and the wife is happy. The service is excellent compared to other locations in China. They prepared for us a nice gift. The location is not the best, as it is in the city center rather than somewhere closer to the water.

I just love this hotel to the fullest. The concierge was amazing, caring and friendly staff, the rooms are clean to the highest level. The ambience here is quite suitable for all travellers, as they have tailored services for all clients. Since I came with kids, I love it because they have nice and kids-friendly spaces. Wow!

A good stay and a good deal for the price offered. The rooms are spacious, clean and quite close to the busier part of the town. It’s located right next to the lake as well. Great service, pretty decent breakfast as well(could have been better though in terms of varieties offered and also quality of content offered). Overall, a comfortable stay indeed.

Conveniently located in the heart of the residential area of Chun'an, it provides a lot of choices in terms of restaurants and shops. A nice walkway along one of the branches of the lake can be reached in five min. On the other hand, the location is not the most glamorous and romantic on the lake. In my case, as a solo traveler, it ticked all the boxes. From the breakfast buffet, to the parking lot in the basement. Very good from any standpoint.

Great clean new hotel in Qiandao Hu.

來千島湖玩住了三天，酒店服務很好，提前聯繫告知到達的方式。交通距離高鐵站打車60元左右，還可以選酒店穿梭巴士，票價15元一個人。房間也挺大的，衞生間乾濕分離，衞生也挺好。價格合適，性價比挺高的。

酒店房間超讚呀 物超所值！ 何管家服務很周到哦！誇誇～ 提前一晚已將入住注意事項在微信上告知。 當天還幫忙免費升級了家庭湖景房 帶客廳的～ 也及時配備了小童牙具和拖鞋 需要鋪沙發床也立馬執行👍 另外 酒店早餐品種多樣 使我心情美麗哈哈 很滿意千島湖這次住宿 千島湖景色很美 原圖直出省P圖～

房間很大很寬敞，視野也很好，錯峯出行幫忙免費升級了房型。還有贈送飲料和水果，服務很滿意，王管家也很熱情，在出行前就已經提前聯繫安排好了房間，有問題也會及時反饋積極幫忙解決。千島湖這邊景色也很好，漂流也有很多選擇，可以按自己的接受程度挑選適合自己的漂流項目和水上樂園的項目。酒店也提供了免費停車服務，不管是自駕還是高鐵都很友好。帶小童的還有小童樂園可以玩耍，成人可以去健身房或者游泳池，很滿意此次出行！

攜程兩晚後兒子臨時想再住一晚，在前台溝通後確定有房，提前三小時預訂的攜程套餐，攜程顯示也是有房可預訂。和前台溝通後改簽高鐵票，改簽之後馬上預訂，購買頁面顯示可預訂，但預約具體日期（29日）時顯示無房。如果直接預訂不用攜程套餐是有房，前台表示這是攜程問題，他們沒辦法，和對方溝通IHG白金會員能否酒店幫處理一下，前台表示沒辦法，讓我接聽了他們類似主管的電話，表示這是酒店規定沒辦法。後來衹能不用套餐，直接預訂四百多一晚。攜程的服務人員服務素質明顯比酒店高，通過補貼處理掉了。整個過程下來感覺酒店的服務素質不行，感覺進入了八九十年代的國營商店，愛買不買。假日酒店在優悦會酒店體系中主打家庭出遊，與定位明顯不符，作為12年的老會員，IHG的酒店住了不下100次，第一次給IHG旗下酒店打差評。同樣是假日酒店，即使不與三亞灣假日、杭州錢江新城假日等頭部假日酒店相比，與一般的四星酒店比，也是明顯沒有優勢。作為服務業同行，最直觀的感覺是酒店的培訓不到位，前台服務規範和親切度較差，一樓迎賓全程無笑臉，下雨天打車過來不會幫開車門，不會幫拿行李，沒任何動作和歡迎語，表情嚴肅，類似銀行武裝押運，以至於我以為是大樓的保安。 另外酒店是21年開業，但設施顯得陳舊，感覺裝修質量不行，空調進去就故障，首日兩次來維修，花了兩個多小時，影響出遊體驗，最後也衹是修復了一台空調面板，另一台沒法處理，好在一台空調製冷也綽綽有餘。 當然，也有好的方面，因為白金會員有升房權限，提前和酒店溝通，升了家庭房，贈送了小童早餐。早餐水平還可以，有面檔，符合假日酒店標準，油條味道不錯。IHG整體的早餐水平都不錯，即使智選假日，現在都有面檔，豐富度很好。 另外客房部服務感覺不錯，無明顯瑕疵，早餐部服務水平也符合標準。
