“The hotel is called ‘Zoo Hotel’ but it doesn’t offer access to the zoo. The rooms for families could be safer for kids. The food is okay, but the coffee is terrible. The location is great, though.

Second time staying in the hotel and most problably the last time. We chose it for the bunk bed for kids and the location easiness to get to the waterpark and zoo. Best experience is that they gave us room even when we reached around 10AM, last time we had to wait for long time. Good selection of breakfast, especially if you like Chinese food, our family enjoyed it. Now not so good thing, had to ask the front desk to have our bed made even after keeping the sign on for clean up the room and coming back to the room during evening time. Cleaning staff said had to call front desk to change the used cups after drinking coffee she cannot change it. Overall Ok experience.

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Let's start with the good. The zoo was nice with a large variety of animals to see. We spent about 4 hours at the zoo and saw just about every thing. We did not watch any of the animal shows. The view overlooking the zoo from our balcony was beautiful. The circus show was the highlight of our stay. The circus show was very well done and the entire family enjoyed the show from start to finish. Now the BAD! The room's floor was filthy! It was covered by a layer of dust. The bathrooms ventilation didn't work effectively. The room's wallpaper and paint looked like a child applied it. The door handle would fall off every time we opened the door. The fire safety equipment was not up to code. Just watch the videos. And the worst was the lack of dinning options in and around the hotel. What was available was not very healthy or appetizing. Oh! And children over 1 meter had to pay for the breakfast buffet! First time we have had to pay for a breakfast buffet for my son who is 113cm. Overall, it just felt like this was a cheap hotel trying to pose as a classy family resort. Everything felt cheap, as if the hotel was cutting corners and trying to save money. Not a very enjoyable or comfortable stay. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Good for family trip but food quality is really bad. Even the Morning buffet doesn’t even have a expresso coffee machine!

酒店服務人員均很年輕，兩天入住體驗下來還是很不錯噠，特別是小易小仙美，機手在手，遠程搖控的感覺非常好，什麼事都能快速幫忙解決。十分高效＋温馨！兩天早餐，一個在27層＂高空作業＂景色十分怡人；一個在二樓近距離接觸獅子。相比之下小朋友更喜歡後者！（如果用餐可以指定的話，記得選二層哈）房間個人覺得親子房更受小朋友喜愛，佈置也更萌趣！整體感覺都很OK！以下是個人對酒店的提意：酒店屬高層，有沒有想過讓機器人加入服務，這樣效率更快；其次個人覺得浴室設計不太合理，長者，小朋友踩入剛好有塊間隙，這個空間不太安全，加點醒目提示。內部最好配上防滑墊，外部也加塊吸水墊（因為浴室出來直達走廊這塊大理石塊比較絲滑，容易＂誤傷”）；親子房中有樓梯的木板記得定期檢查，有部分鬆動）！最後希望大家快樂出行吧！（備註：去動物園玩的坐小火車雖然更具性價比，但互動性還是私家車更有趣。小朋友年齡小的，還是坐小火車吧，更安全！另外30元一位的接泊車可以入手，無限次乘坐哈。）

中秋節頂着颱風出來玩，酒店年份比較久，設施沒有那麼跟的上，不過整體來説還不錯的，沒有那麼挑剔的朋友還是可以放心入，主要是離各個樂園都很近，我們住的 25 樓，風景也很不錯，有一個大陽台，空調和熱水也沒有像有些網友説的那麼不好，我覺得整體來説還是可以的，下次再去龍之夢玩的話還是會住

整體卻非常不滿意 1、水温：作為一家主打親子的酒店，淋浴房的水温是一會兒熱一會兒冷的，而且熱的時候是非常燙的，大人都受不了的那種熱度，冷的時候又很冷。 2、噪音：房型自帶陽台外面有很大的空調外機，白天的時候如果陽台的門打開，聲音會非常大，但是關上門就好很多，可是到了晚上就不行了，就算關上門聲音也非常大。 以上兩點都是第一天入住的房間碰到的，及時跟管家反饋後，第二天給我們換了房間，且保證不會再出現同類問題，結果還是一樣的。 3、衞生：第二天換了房間後，因為有了第一天的經驗，仔細檢查了一下房間，發現床頭紙巾盒邊上有之前客人用過的紙巾團，廁所馬桶蓋上也留着之前可以粘貼的馬桶墊，一次性洗漱用品也是空盒子，之前用完沒有換新的，又不得不説，這是一家親子酒店，衞生不應該是最基本的嗎？ 4、服務：從第一天辦理入住到最後一天辦理退房碰到的工作人員幾乎都很不開心，全程沒有笑容，也不會把酒店設施和購買套餐的內容給顧客做基本的介紹（管家還是不錯的，我基本都是事後問管家的）。辦理退房時，由於衹需要簡單把房卡退給前台就行，所以我是讓小朋友去退的，小朋友退完房卡後，工作人員全程沒有任何對話，所以小朋友不清楚是否這樣就可以走了，就問工作人員：“阿姨，這樣就可以了嘛？”，工作人員完全不給回覆，衹是指了一下邊上的牌子，牌子上寫了退回房卡即完成退房。早餐的時候，桌子上的餐盤就算堆的跟山一樣高，工作人員也衹會從你身邊經過，看你一眼，不要對他們有任何期待。 5、套餐：我們第二天選的是贈送冰雪小鎮的門票，我想説，千萬不要選，這個地方就是坑，所謂的冰雪小鎮，衹是一樓中間有個滑冰場，其他並沒有任何跟冰雪有關的東西。襖，裏面的冰雕區是需要另外加錢才能進的，套餐送的門票不包含。 總而言之，下次不會再去了，這個價格的親子酒店，不論從服務、衞生、安全、舒適各種角度都是不達標的，真的建議好好整改一下。

房間一張大床，一個上下鋪，二拖二非常適合。床品很舒服。樓下能看到獅子、斑馬、丹頂鶴。 管家小易非常貼心，颱風影響，幸虧小易主動提醒煙花時間調整，不然就錯過這麼美的風景。 颱風天管家小易還幫忙申請了免費自助晚餐，三天兩晚的旅遊主打一個不花錢，娃們還玩得超開心。

龍之夢入住體驗良好，入住方便快捷，房間整潔乾淨，泊車十分方便，尤其是管家小易服務到位，入住前一天就開始提供全程服務，保證了行程的順暢，提供完整的旅遊攻略，我們帶兩個孩子，一家四口，又幫我們換了親子房，在此特別感謝管家小易的熱情周到

管家小吳特別的熱心，從我們住進來的第一時間起一直在幫我們解決各種問題。早晚三餐時不時的問候，一些細節的地方想的非常的周到。比如：我們要去冰雪世界，他就告訴我們到樓下服務中心更便宜，車停龍之夢酒店走過去更方便，且免費！真正的24小時的貼心服務，下次來還要住龍之夢動物世界大酒店，還要繼續找小吳來服務！五星好評！！！！！
