West Fitzroy Apartments

I am renting my third apartment in West Fitzroy Apartments with the current one long-term. Anneliese the property manager with Christchurch Accommodation has been incredibly helpful with every move. I rent unfurnished. With a good sized balcony, secure parking, on-site building manager and on most week days, manned reception, this is the perfect place to stay in central Christchurch. Peter the Building Manager and Jackson the Reservations Manager are very helpful and can point you in the right direction for the bars, cafes and restaurants that are within a 10 minute walk. The enormous Hagley Park and Botanical Gardens are 5 minutes away. The Te Pai Convention Centre is a 5 minute walk with a good pub right next door on Columbo Street, The Victoria.

Really wonderful staty...the reserved parking is invaluable in the area. Close to the CBD, and only 1/2 block walk to the Hop On/Off tourist team stop at the Quake City attraction. About 1 block away from large park which is great for runners. Apartments were well furnished and bathrooms great. Good bedding/linens and quiet would really recommend this as the place to stay in Christchurch.

Simply amazing. What an apartment. Everything you need and more. Great location. Super modern and super comfortable. Only small ****** is if you are driving you have to get out and see reception while holding up other residents at the gate. The guy on reception was particularly engaging but that didnt matter. Amazing stay. Highly recommended.

Nice clean flat, easy walk to dining, shopping, and nightlife. Carpark was nice. The apartment we got was different and smaller than the picture - so be aware of that.

What a wonderful little apartment with everything what you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a separated bedroom, a living room with a huge TV, bathroom and a little balcony. Perfectly located near the center and the Botanical Gardens, so you can park your car and reach everything on foot. Super clean. highly recommended!

Comfortable fully equipped apartment that was in a great central location. Secure Free parking was an absolute bonus! Excellent communication for an after hours checkin. Would definitely stay here again

We had a Superior Studio apartment. While I guess it was an apartment, it was really the size of a standard studio room in a hotel, with a small kitchenette included. There was nothing wrong with the apartment, but once you opened your suitcases it was a bit cramped. The TV is on a TV stand and the kitchen table, with one chair, was cramped into a corner. A simple act of mounting the TV on the wall would have given much more usable space. The apartment was well maintained and looked reasonably new with ample parking for cars with designated spots in the car park behind the building. We were running late and reception rang us to provide us with a code for the lock box which worked perfectly. An email was also sent, but if I had not answered the phone because I was driving, I would never have gotten the email as I had no internet. Reception advised us that there was a night manager and he would have been able to let us in, so no real problem. Access from the carpark could be challenging with suitcases as depending on which floor you park and which floor your room is on, you may have to negotiate some stairs to get to the floor/lift. Located not far from the CBD and plenty of places to eat other than the size of the room this place was perfect.

Very happy with our stay here. Will definitely book again.
